Leadership Role Model Report
The report is expected to be not more than 1500 words and should be written according to the following:
1.Introduction. Describe, argue and explain why you have chosen this theme. Why it is of interest to you and to others.
2.Discussion and argumentation. In this part you reflect on your empirical observation through a written discussion on your chosen theme. Use arguments to support your discussion on why you think your role model is a good example and what your example shows in terms of confirming the theories of your chosen theme or contradicting them. In addition to the textbook you should also use other sources to support your discussion. 3. Conclusions and practical implication for business as usual/ business practices. 4. Presentation Prepare an oral presentation of maximum 10 minutes where you should briefly present your report findings to the group at the seminar.

All research is conducted within a particular ontological and epistemological paradigm. The production of a PhD, or any other form of social science research, thus necessitates a clear ontological and epistemological framework. Research must also conform to ethical philosophy and standards. This essay requires students to select and apply ontological, epistemological and ethical paradigms to their proposed research and to critically assess the philosophical foundations and ethical implications of their work.

Basically as part of one of our module at uni we were tasked with working a group to identify a fundraising opportunity to generate at least £400 for a global charity called BARNADOS. Now I have been asked to revisit the experience and to write a business report by undertaking research into leadership styles. So please introduce in a nice way the business context, business topic(which is leadership style) and the audiences. Also, look into the files so you can see the agreed aims of the business for the business audiences between me and my supervisor. You can use 3 leadership models/theories to find out the aims for the audiences. Don’t describe any of the theories instead please analyse them.

use headings and subheadings as required as long as they make senses to the audiences of the business report. If you use any graphs, model pictures or table just in case please put them as a picture which will save some words so you can write more about it.

Critically examine the case provided about RAC Motoring Services. This case describes some of the main capacity, quality and productivity issues faced by the RAC during a period of intensifying competition and significant market changes. RAC was perceived to under-perform the Automobile Association on speed, and some new competitors on price. HINT
MY CA is based on how to manage a high case load with being a caseworker. At my job we have no gab as to what the limit of cases I would receive. My goal is to lower the case, numbers with adding additional staff, after additional months of court order supervision (to perhaps transferring to different unit for the remaining of the supervision period). My CA (topic) is an idea as to how to relate and add to question number (4).
