Formatting directions are listed at the end of the assignment. I want to emphasize, that I want the body of the paper broken up into sections. I want you to use section headings. I recommend you title the sections based on the six sections of the assignment.

Write the paper in third person. Yes, it asks for your opinion. However, business papers and formal assignments are always written in third person. I know this is challenging. With practice, writing in third person becomes second nature.

Support your ideas with literature. Do research in the library. Avoid web based research. I want scholarly sources used.

Make sure you review the rubric. I will be following the rubric while I grade your paper. If you address all the points of the rubric, you will do fine.

Focus of the Final Paper

For the final paper, you will examine key concepts of leadership in your place of work, or in a social organization to which you may belong that has leadership concepts (Rotary club, athletic team, scout leader, etc). Include the following in your paper:

Apply one of the leadership theories from the course text to the organization. Explain how the theory works and include an example.

the theme is global leadership and the other theme is cross cultures. My own experience is healthcare. I am a healthcare administrator of a nursing home. this would be open ended. I have not had a cross culture experience internationally but have dealth with different cultures. Not sure how to integrate the themes. The articles will help tie it in.. He wants my own experience,not sure what can I share. Maybe I can get your thoughts on this…
