expert or witness.

Your answer is to include a detailed discussion of:
(1) The role of the independent expert
(2) Comparison of the role of the independent expert and that of a consultant and
an explanation of why the distinction is important.
(3) The characteristics that define an expert and expert knowledge (for example, the
difference between an accountant and an expert accountant).
(4) Relevant case law and judicial opinions dealing with the role and characteristics
of them independent expert. Your explanation is to make specific reference to the
case you have identified and use examples from them to demonstrate each
point you have raised.

accountants as independent expert witnesses.

Privatization of saudiarabian education

1) Questionnaire-1-(Public): question(3): You need to make it more explicit
about ‘what performance’ in accordance with your literature.
Perhaps it needs a breakdown here. The same thing should be done with
question(4).

2) Qestionnaire-1-(Public): question(6) which starts with ”In your
opinion”: The question is fine. However it would be useful if you could
develop a number of aspects from the literature review and ask people to
comment upon them  then leave space for them to add additional information
which is not covered by your question.

3) Qestionnaire-2-Private: question (3)  starts with ”What is you
office’s rating”: It would be helpful when comparing between Private and
Public system, you have a number of criteria here.

Social Health Science

QUESTION:

A 14-yr-old boy has come to the clinic. He finds it very difficult to hear especially in a noisy environment. He has been tested earlier and was found to have normal hearing sensitivity on pure tone audiometry (PTA) and reflexes were present ipsilaterally and contralaterally for both ears for 500-2000Hz (normal responses) and otoacoustic emissions were present though were small for 1000-4000Hz. Note: Otoacoustic emissions measure outer hair cell function in the cochlear. Previously when he was tested, he was told that he may have auditory processing disorder (APD) but is not sure what it means or if it is that serious.
TASKS:
1) You need to first explain to the adolescent what APD is. (This will be a bit challenging I think, cause APD is too complex to explain, but try to explain in layman terms to the 14-year-old as best you can. Think of yourself as a clinician explaining APD to this 14-year-old and try to help him best understand what it means)
2) Then plan your test battery to diagnose if he has APD.
3) Lastly create a management plan to help him (this should include some suggestions regarding general communication strategies as well as some suggestions for classroom as well).
Put in headings to ease the read of the essay. Also advisable to concentrate on the three points mentioned and structure the essay that way. So perhaps start with introducing APD and what might be some of the telltale signs, and then another section saying how you would go about explaining APD to the 14-year-old and what you would say APD is to him (imagine talking to the 14-year-old). Then another section perhaps talking about the standard tests you would do. Then another section about the management for children with APD. And a conclusion summarising all those points.

Syria under Assad

I would like a long introduction of 4 to 5 pages discussing how this thesis is about power, and I would like you to include good quotes about power. As for the body, I would not want to focus much about the historical background of how Assad achieved power but rather focus on what happened after the coup d’etat in 1970.

Events such as the jordan/palestinian conflict and Syria’s role, on the incident with his brother, what political tools he exerted to be able to stay in power, how the country was under his reign, the Hama massacre and its purpose etc. His involvement in Lebanon could be mentioned very briefly as well as the aftermath.

His relationship with Hezbollah and the reason behind it is also worth mentioning. Please focus on the fact that he belongs to a minority, so in order to be accepted he had to divert the attention away from religion and focus on events such as nationalism and sticking together against Israel and other tools he used. Coming from his background, he has achieved so much in order to be accepted nationally and internationally.

I would also like you to base a sufficient part of your research on the book “Asad” by Patrick Seale. I hope this list does not complicate it for you but rather make it easier for you to understand the overview of my thesis. My chosen topic was “The success of the Alewife minority at controlling the political system in Syria, and its relative success in controlling Lebanon”. I have the first part about the historical ascend of the Allowites, i will need u to write the second part. I have the third concerning the historical background in Lebanon and Syria’s involvement, and parts of the fourth about the aftermath in Lebanon, but I will need the aftermath concerning Syria.

How did the Centennial Exposition represent American Identity

What narratives of American history were on display at the Fair?

In 1876, Americans celebrated 100 years of nationhood. Throughout the United States, there were celebrations and expositions to commemorate this occasion. The largest of these celebrations was the American Centennial Exposition, held in Philadelphia in 1876. It was the first official World’s Fair in the United States and it attracted ten million visitors.

For this paper, I will give you a selection of approximately ten primary sources related to this event. These will include images, a guide to the exhibition, speeches, and other documents. You must examine these sources and then write a 4-5 page paper that answers the following: How did the Centennial Exposition represent American Identity? What narratives of American history were on display at the Fair?

Some things that you might want to consider:

What aspects of American culture and history did the fair highlight? What aspects did it leave out?

How did the fair portray the nation’s future? What narratives did it promote about the U.S.’s past?

How might the historical context of the fair (mid-1870s) have shaped the event?

Who did the fair portray as American?

What kinds of displays and events characterized the Centennial Celebration?

What can each primary source tell us about the fair?

Are there any additional primary sources that you wish you had?

Requirements:

4-5 pages, double-spaced

Analysis of AT LEAST 3 Primary Sources in your paper

Clear Thesis stated on first page

Clear topic sentences and structure

Proper Grammar, punctuation, etc.

Works Cited page if you use outside sources

This assignment is not part of a dissertation. It’s only about writing a literature review.

Requirement for the literature review:
1.Establishing the importance of this research topic to the field
2.Conducting a search for relevant literature (including journal articles, books, book chapters and internet resources) published on this topic within the past 5 – 10 years (or earlier if they are seminal works)
