Coaching Action Plan

THIS PAPER NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN ABOUT ‘HOW I CAN BECOME A MORE EFFECTIVE LISTENER” MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY OR A REWRITE WILL BE REQUESTED! THANK YOU
Using PIC/NIC analysis logic, analyze the contingencies for the behaviors needed to drive results. If you designed nothing new, what would the consequences be for these behaviors? Would they be sufficient to reinforce the behaviors over the long term?
Taking into account your analysis, design a comprehensive, integrated reinforcement system to sustain the key behaviors needed to drive the results you desire in your plan. You cannot simply design a system that limits the number of people eligible for reinforcement to some arbitrary number.
The system should include consideration of the various types of reinforcers, including social, tangible (including monetary), work-related, engineered, as well as self-provided reinforcers such as pride of accomplishment. Though you need not use every type of reinforcement in your system, you should discuss your reasons for using or not using various reinforcers.

An Evaluation of Training as a Strategy for Human Capital Development for increasing Productivity of the power sector in kenya: A Case of Power Holding Company

INTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING THE LITERATURE REVIEW
Present and analyse in a critical manner, in a way that the literature will be relevant to the research topic and to act as the basis for a fuller understanding of the context in which you are conducting the research on. Remember critical does not mean looking at the negatives but forming an evaluation.
Show the key variables, trends and ‘actors’ that are in the environment of the study, i.e. Training, Human Capital Development, Organizational Productivity, show the important issues that needs to be investigated.
The literature review is presented in the form of a précis, a classification, a comparison and a critical analysis of that material which is germane to a full understanding of your research study. Such published material may be drawn from all, or a combination of, textbooks, journal articles, conference papers, reports, case studies, the Internet, magazine features or newspaper articles. It should be remembered, however, that the most important source of academic literature are journal articles and you should ensure that you are familiar with the most recent publications in journals relevant to your subject area. Importance of presenting a rounded debate: all the relevant arguments and the counterarguments
1 The introduction of the Literature review might include:
• A definition or description of topic in general terms, or of the issues you propose to investigate – this will give the reader a context in which the literature may be viewed.
• The key trends in this sector of the literature, the main theories and areas of disagreement, and possibly, gaps in the literature.
• An explanation of why you are conducting this literature review and the standpoint you will be adopting when conducting your critical analysis.
• The manner in which the review will be presented. • An explanation as to why, if appropriate, some literature has not been included in the study.
2 The Main Body of the Literature Review
3 This might include:
• Begin with a discussion of the main theories or models, which are appropriate to the study.
• Group together appropriate themes or trends and discuss them in detail.
• Begin in general terms and then narrow down to specific details, this applies to the entire literature review and to individual sections.
• Try to explain and, if possible, to resolve conflicts in what you report.
• Cover all the topics which are relevant to the dissertation.
• Be comprehensive enough to act as a suitably firm foundation, such that it will support the research in the remainder of the dissertation.
• Be up to date – always try to employ the most contemporary journal articles or sources. The Conclusion of the Literature Review At the end of the Literature Review, in this conclusion, you should make explicit what exactly the research objectives of the research are, so that the reader is in no doubt as to what you are about to investigate. In order to do this, you should:
• Summarise the major points that the literature review has uncovered.
• Point out the gap(s) in the literature, if there are any, and use these to emphasise the justification for carrying out the current research project.
• Remember that your literature review should lead and justify the research objectives and questions of your dissertion

Machiavelli

an essay on one topic:
1. If you have ever had any position of leadership–whether a club, household, organization–explain if Machiavelli’s summation of how to be an effective leader, using at least three support points, is sound.

2. If you have never been in a position of leadership but been a part of some governed organization–school, church, classroom–explain if the leaders observed have been effective, and if so, which of Machiavelli’s principles did they seem to practice; and if not, which one of Machiavelli’s principles did they seem to not know or ignore. Note, this is a personal essay so requires use of personal–I, me, my, etc.–pronouns.

3. Presuming that after your college experience, you will go on to some level of leadership–whether on a committee, in a business, in a home (single or multi-member)–which of Machiavelli’s principles of leadership ring true for you and that you will either remember and/or practice? See note on number 2 about personal pronouns.

Essay on different writers and works

Choose one of the following to respond to, using the traditional essay (intro/thesis, two to five body supports, and conclusion) format. Write the question you are answering at the top of the essay page. Be specific with examples. Follow the instructions in Part A/ Lessons/ Assignments for using direct quotes and parenthetical documentation as well as the title file for how to capitalize and punctuate title of long and short works.
Works & authors covered (Hebrew, Pslams, Sappho, Sapphocles, Plato, Dante, Chaucer, John Donne)
1. Citing at least three to five works or authors covered in this course, cite a Western cultural or intellectual pattern or idea that you see running through many of the works.
2. Citing at least three to five works or authors covered in this course, explain how you see the heritage of these writers and these periods in your own view of the world.
You are writing a personal essay: see pronoun use file. Write only from your experience and give specific examples. Any deviation from the instructions will result in a zero credit: everything counts.

Dissociative Identity Disorder Poem

A creative and thought provoking element to this class will include reflecting upon and writing about a specific mental illness in order to understand what it must be like for individuals who struggle with any of the specific disorders discussed in class. My goal is create a sense of “informed empathy.” That is, increasing your understanding of research and theory regrading psychiatric disorders and treatment, while developing a greater appreciation for the personal impact of these symptoms in the individuals who struggle. For this assignment, you will be required to compose a poem regarding the experience of a specific mental illness.
There is no required format, length, and topic, as these are left entirely up to your own choosing and discretion. You may choose to be concrete or abstract, serious or humorous, or personal or theoretical, and you may describe the experience using first- or third-person pronouns. The poems do not need to be in a rhyming format. Anything goes!
In terms of grading, you will be judged primarily on content, rather than format or poetic language. However, be mindful that you must have a very clear understanding about the experience of the mental illness that you choose.

How would the four frames frame motivation

Individual Essay
An essay requires the systematic investigation of a topic and the development of a written argument.
Essays assess cognitive and research skills. Essays are expected to develop coherent arguments, be
founded on thorough research, and provide insight into the topic area.
This unit is about how people and organisations behave. An important aspect of behaviour is
motivation. Each of Bolman and Deal’s four frames would tend to view employee motivation, and
particularly how it is achieved, differently.
Your Task…
Your task is to discuss how each of the four frames would suggest approaching motivating
employees. You must relate each frame’s views to theories of motivation that we have covered in
class or that you have come across in your independent literature reviews and searches. You may
focus your discussion on how motivation is conceptualised by each frame and how each frame
suggest it should be managed. You may highlight the blind spots of each frame. That is, what is the
frame missing in your view and why is it important? It is important to demonstrate understanding both
of the frames and of theories of motivation and the relationships between the two.
In establishing your views you are encouraged to discuss with your group and with class mates. You
are also encouraged to discuss the topic with your lecturer (and we will discuss it in class). In
particular you will have to read many sources (and refer to a number of them in your essay). Start
early as the assignment is a major part of the unit!
I strongly recommend getting a good understanding of the readings relating to motivation (see topics
and readings on iLearn). There are also a number of references below, some of which you are
expected to have read and referred to. In addition, searching for literature on the topic is an essential
part of this assignment. There are a number of ways of finding scholarly articles or books. The most
useful for you will be searching the library databases for books and articles
