Using PIC/NIC analysis logic, analyze the contingencies for the behaviors needed to drive results. If you designed nothing new, what would the consequences be for these behaviors? Would they be sufficient to reinforce the behaviors over the long term?
Taking into account your analysis, design a comprehensive, integrated reinforcement system to sustain the key behaviors needed to drive the results you desire in your plan. You cannot simply design a system that limits the number of people eligible for reinforcement to some arbitrary number.
The system should include consideration of the various types of reinforcers, including social, tangible (including monetary), work-related, engineered, as well as self-provided reinforcers such as pride of accomplishment. Though you need not use every type of reinforcement in your system, you should discuss your reasons for using or not using various reinforcers.
