Your Respond:

2. Then write response to Francisco Magana for the question.

Question: Even though we know that Heart Disease has been the number one killer in the US for decades, how come we have not made more headway in decreasing the rates?
“Even though we are aware that heart disease is the number one killer in the U. S, Americans have not made the initiative to fight off this disease. Like I mentioned in the previous discussion forum, American life is fast paced, which makes it complicated for Americans to eat healthy or involve themselves in physical activity. As a result we end up making unhealthy choices and neglect to engage in physical activities. It is not until we have a the disease, that we want to change our unhealthy lifestyle to healthy one, but unfortunately we react a little late. If we really want to fight off heart disease and other chronic diseases Americans need to stop making the excuses and start making better choices . Yes, I know it’s hard but not impossible, THERE IS NOTHING YOU CANNOT ACCOMPLISH IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT! “
