In Doc Sharing are the two forms listed above which you need to complete over the next four weeks and will be submitted along with your end of semester report.
Concerning the Litmus Test: If you answer Yes to the four questions you need to provide a detailed explanation supporting your Yes response that is directly related to the current draft of your proposal.
Ideally, I would like a double-spaced page for each of the four questions.
Concerning the Historical Alignment Tool (HAT), you only need to provide a detailed response to the first three rows:

*Revised Plan
