Strategies (compare and contrast) Guidelines and Rubric

I will be teaching the Information Technology Team about the Electronic Perioperative Documentation. Where to find pieces of the chart that may help them gather data or match data from other sources in the Electronic Record such as Physician Notes or Floor and Clinic Nursing notes. Please follow the instructions below on two teaching methods. My method. I will be teaching this class during their weekly 2 hour staff meeting. I will take 30 minutes of their time. I will be using a Power Point and will be associating it to real life scenarios as well as providing an demonstration of the documentation.

In this assignment you have the opportunity to investigate and compare two teaching methods/strategies that you are considering using for your teaching project to see which one should work best for you and your participants.
Guidelines
Compare the top two strategies you are considering using for your teaching project and conclude with which one should work best based on your review of the evidence.
Submit your comparison as a 2-page paper. Base your comparison on educational research published within the last 5 years. Use primary sources not secondary sources.
 Abstract o One paragraph summarizing the paper without citations and including your
statement as to why your chosen strategy is best.
 Introductory paragraph
o Be sure to set the scenario in your introductory paragraph including who is being taught (clinicians? students?), what subject, where (type of organization/unit), when (time of day), why (required course?), as well as the teaching strategy/method
“how”. o Provide a one sentence statement of which teaching strategy/method you determined to be best and why.
 Comparison of Teaching Strategies/Methods
o You may present the evidence about one teaching strategy/method and then the other you considered using OR you can compare the evidence on the advantages
of one versus the other in each paragraph

o The emphasis of this comparison is “Why?”
 Why would you choose the teaching-learning strategy you have selected over the other strategy/method you considered using?  What makes one strategy the optimal one for you and your learners?

o Do not forget, this is an objective paper based on the educational research published within the last 5 years–peer-reviewed journal articles (primary sources)
 Conclusion
o Conclude by reiterating your decision and summarizing your rationale based on the citations and major points made in your comparison section. o No new information is included in this section.
While the body of your paper is only two pages, also include a title page, one paragraph
abstract, citations for all facts presented, and a reference list. Follow APA style.

References should be within the last 5-8 years. Directions and comments from my chair: What needs to be added are references to other research that are relative to your findings.So you are going to need to go back to the library and find some additional studies that may (or may not) have findings similar to yours. When you do this, just don’t look for exactly the same thing you found, you are looking at the variables/concepts. What did others find relative to those variables. For example, you found that a bunch of boys never activate in the online course bus signed up to take the course. You could look at the importance of the initial personal contact, the fact that online instruction often lacks personal interaction. You could look at research about the immature student needing more structure. Your study showed the younger students were not as successful. You could also look at studies about previous experience in anything. So I hope you get the idea of what I am saying here. You do not need to find studies that are exactly like yours. What you are looking for are bits and pieces of other studies that you can insert into your paragraphs that that will either support or refute your findings. You can also look for expert opinions, and put some of those in there as well.

Design a classroom improvement plan for your school. Here are your five improvement areas and talking points. This is a perfect world situation so don’t let preconceived notions hold you back. Observe K3 classroom teacher. Hypothesize about the teacher’s construct for discipline/management procedures using at least one of the theories presented in the assigned readings.
Write 750-1,000-words on your hypothesis and defend your hypothesis with specific examples from the classroom and corresponding concepts from the theory or theories, including reinforcers and consequences used.

reflect on how you, as a teacher would use teaching strategies – multi-sensory, over learning, structured and sequential teaching strategies -to support inclusion for dyslexic children with phonological processing difficulties and children with dyscalculia in the mainstream British primary classroom.

The essay must conclude

An introductory paragraph, which provides a rationale for your choice of focus and states your intended professional development outcomes for the essay, and
• A concluding paragraph, in which you reflect on your work within the context of your stated intended outcomes.

NOT HAVE THE BOOK
It is critical to get the class text which is called Communication Criticism k. It is important make main references from this book along with the other readings. You must give examples and be sure that you do not repeat any of the examples that the teacher has given in the lecture notes. That is why it is critical to read all the material and that you follow the instructions infatically. Follow the instructions because they are real clear. failure to comply will result in a D. Please real all the material and look up additional readings that are suggested in the attachments. if you have questions do not hesitate contacting. I have given an entire week to be sure that you have enough time to do this in a thorough way. The proof read must be done by your best writers as promised for free for all the material I have given and the patience I have had with other orders.

1. You are not required to analyze an artifact. This paper is only about explaining the method. You should use relevant and appropriate rhetorical examples as you explain the material.

2. This is essentially a six paragraph essay.
