Management of Change Induced Rework

Topic: Management of Change Induced Rework
Aim:
The aim of this research is to examine the causes and impacts of rework on an existing construction project and to propose solutions on how to reduce/eliminate rework in this project
Objectives: For this research a live case study will be examined.
1- Study the impacts of direct and indirect cost of rework on the construction project.
2- Compare between planned and actual cost and schedule of the construction project.
3- Identify the causes of rework and come up with a rework reduction model.
Methodology:
In this research a quantitative and qualitative approach will be used in order to analyze the data collected. In order to study the case in hand, data will be collected from the construction site using different methods. Furthermore, a coding system will be used to simplify the data analysis. In addition, questionnaires will be handed to senior staff like the project manager, construction manager, superintendents, and project engineers for collecting data and analyzing
I have uploaded for you the general outline in a file named ( Outline) required for the dissertation, please follow the uploaded outline. The sections in the outline are the main sections, you can add subsections as you find it convenient.
I have also uploaded 3 (A graded) dissertation samples of previous students for your guide and reference, files named (Sample 1, Sample 2, Sample 3).
I have also uploaded some articles suggested by the professor, you HAVE to use these articles in the dissertation and reference them. These articles will be really helpful to you and hopefully put you in a stronger position to state exactly what you want to research and explain with confidence what you hope to find out.
Important:
1- You have to do the study on a real construction project, but no need to state the name, location or any specific detail about the project, just get the data required for the study.
2- You have to apply both, a Quantitative and a Qualitative analysis to the data collected.
I hope I have given you all the required information to make it clear to you. Please feel free to write to me if you have any missing information or doubts about anything. I have to get an A grade in order to pass the program.
Thank you, good luck.
Best Regards

Analyze Samples, Power Analysis, and Design Sensitivity

Topic: Analyze Samples, Power Analysis, and Design Sensitivity
Assignment: Analyze Samples, Power Analysis, and Design Sensitivity
1. Calculate the sample size needed given these factors:
• one-tailed t-test with two independent groups of equal size
• small effect size (see Piasta, S.B., & Justice, L.M., 2010)
• alpha =.05
• Assume that the result is a sample size beyond what you can obtain. Use the compromise function to compute alpha and beta for a sample half the size. Indicate the resulting alpha and beta. Present an argument that your study is worth doing with the smaller sample.
2. Calculate the sample size needed given these factors:
• ANOVA (fixed effects, omnibus, one-way)
• Assume that the result is a sample size beyond what you can obtain. Use the compromise function to compute alpha and beta for a sample approximately half the size. Give your rationale for your selected beta/alpha ratio. Indicate the resulting alpha and beta. Give an argument that your study is worth doing with the smaller sample.
3. In a few sentences, describe two designs that can address your research question (see attached document for research question information). The designs must involve two different statistical analyses. For each design, specify and justify each of the four factors and calculate the estimated sample size you’ll need. Give reasons for any parameters you need to specify for G*Power.
Include peer-reviewed journal articles as needed to support your responses to Part I.
Support your paper with a minimum of 5 resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.

The Role of Scientific Methods Developed in Criminal Investigation

Topic: The Role of Scientific Methods Developed in Criminal Investigation
due to the fact I am looking to get the PhD degree in the school of law from UK- universities, where I would like to discuss in the investigation and police efforts of confrontation. And the idea of the research or the topic it / The Role of Scientific Methods Developed in Criminal Investigation / May I have done proposal and I sent for some lectures supervisors, and I received some note of them, which must be taken into when make the proposal, and the note I have to take of when I make the proposal is: * I will need to define which modern scientific means of criminal investigation I will research and why they currently present a problem for the police and law. And also I need to identify what theoretical principles, foundation or perspective I will use in my critique of these means of investigation. I will need to refer to some of the leading authorities in the subject area and explain how I will use or develop their work. I will need to identify which country or countries will from the basis for my research, and my methodology will need to be more detailed will I use the comparative method; will I use human rights as a tool for analysis; I will use a particular theorists to inform my critique etc.? * I have to make the proposal specific not general, and I should have a strong and many reference list. So this my comment, and my topic , and if you want a copy of my proposal I can send it for you, also if you want to change the topic for other official topic it fine with me, and I am looking for ( premium Quality ) within 30 days ..

opportunity and challenges

Topic: opportunity and challenges
Writer 29473:
Could you please help me to write more data analyse in the findings part, also revise the discussion part strickly follow the sample I have given you. Could you write one more case study and two more interviews. The interviews question and answer should be in the appendix.
The discussion part should be closely connected to the literature review which means you need to use the same models both in the literature review and the discussion part.
The literature review part seems too descriptive, could you add some models for both discussion part and literature review part.
If you still need more pages, I can add more for you.

EXAM SCENARIO:
The JFC and staff develop plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design. For this scenario, you will assume the role of JFC. Once ready to begin the exam, use the link to obtain your published article identifying the problem and region. You are tasked to provide the strategic plans (operational design/approach) for a military option to address the issues/crisis. Your products must describe how (ways) the joint force will employ its capabilities (means) to achieve the military end state (ends). Clearly state your expected end state (United States’ national interests as stated in the National Security Strategy; security, prosperity, values and international order). You will have to make some assumptions in order to define the problem and the military options you plan to employ to solve the problem. Be sure to scope the problem and military options in order to keep this entire exercise within five (5) pages. It is highly recommended you review the JP 5-0 before beginning this exam.
Given a situation, develop an operational approach using design methodology. More specifically, your answer must address each of the below aspects of operational design.
1. Describe the current operational environment. 15% of paper
2. Define the desired operational environment. 15% of paper
3. Define the problem. 15% of paper
4. Develop an operational approach. 55% of paper use JP-05 and Chapter 12 Model for Northern Iraqi
how (ways) the joint force will employ its capabilities

(ends). Clearly state your expected end state (United States’ national interests as stated in the National Security Strategy; security, prosperity, values and international order).
EXAM CONTENT:
To support your operational design you may use any source assigned, provided, or introduced in the course to build your operational approach. Ensure each aspect of operational design methodology is present in your answer (figures and cognitive maps as found in JP 5-0 are appropriate for this assignment) and your analysis flows logically from one aspect to the next. You must document all your sources to avoid any possibility of plagiarism.
The article will identify a region/country and issues to be addressed. The student will have to make assumptions in order to define the issues at hand as well as the military action to address them. Clearly state your assumptions and the problem you will be solving.
Turkey and the Dream of Ottoman Revival; The Middle East isn’t returning to an era of Ottomanenforced
peace and stability–no matter how badly Ankara wants it
Author: Fradkin, Hillel; Lewis, Libby
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu recently visited Diyarbakir, the most important Kurdish city
in Turkey’s troubled Southeast. As the post-World War I political structure of the Middle East buckles, Kurdish
separatist ambitions have become an increasingly important issue, not just for Turkey, but for Syria and Iraq as
Mr. Davutoglu’s solution to the Kurdish problem is to turn the clock back 100 years, to the time before World
War I when the Ottoman Empire held sway. Yet the minister is less likely to see a new era of Turkish-enforced
Speaking at Dicle University in Diyarbakir on March 15, Mr. Davutoglu called the past century a “parenthesis”: a
departure from the authentic political order to which Kurds, Turkey and the Middle East will soon return. His talk,
