due to the fact I am looking to get the PhD degree in the school of law from UK- universities, where I would like to discuss in the investigation and police efforts of confrontation. And the idea of the research or the topic it / The Role of Scientific Methods Developed in Criminal Investigation / May I have done proposal and I sent for some lectures supervisors, and I received some note of them, which must be taken into when make the proposal, and the note I have to take of when I make the proposal is: * I will need to define which modern scientific means of criminal investigation I will research and why they currently present a problem for the police and law. And also I need to identify what theoretical principles, foundation or perspective I will use in my critique of these means of investigation. I will need to refer to some of the leading authorities in the subject area and explain how I will use or develop their work. I will need to identify which country or countries will from the basis for my research, and my methodology will need to be more detailed will I use the comparative method; will I use human rights as a tool for analysis; I will use a particular theorists to inform my critique etc.? * I have to make the proposal specific not general, and I should have a strong and many reference list.
