To undertake the planning you can build your own logic model. Logic models are intended to be a guide, not a prescription.Consider the following headings:
Rationale
Why is this particular programme needed? Consider:
• particular problems or issues significant in the community or region that you have selected
• statistics specific to the region
• the potential for health gain for each priority area
• how the programme might reduce inequalities.
Population group
How might the affected population (caregivers and families) be involved in the planning process?
Programme description
Whatwill the programme do?
Goal
Describe the aim over a specific timeframe.
Objectives
These should be SMART specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-framed.
Strategies
The range of activities and resources to be used eg, policies, programmes, hui, meetings, submissions.

Report on Belgacom.

Please note that this is a report, not a case study!

From the previous outline; here is what lacked:

The introduction must be refocused. This is to be about Belgacom overall, and then you can clearly state that the operation you will focus on is the sim card ordering process. Having presented Belgacom’s strategic objectives, you then need to state under the alignment heading how the objectives of the chosen process are aligned with these which currently you don’t do.

In general the outline you submitted tells that the paper is too much about Belgacom overall: you need to focus more on the chosen process.

Under your process assessment heading, please consider more discussion of jobs, layout, supply network and capacity.

Overall: you also need to cover planning and control

You do not use direct quotes, please use some and remember in this case you provide the page number.

Final Project
The purpose of the Final Project is to apply the concepts and techniques of the module to the analysis of real-world situations or problems. You are expected to use diverse sources of information and to carry out an original analysis rather than summarise or rehash existing work. You are encouraged to use situations and data from your own experience where possible.

For this module, you are required to complete a course project that reveals mastery in application of the operations management concepts emphasised in the course. This involves reporting on a specific operation or process for an organisation and the operations management practices that affect the performance of that particular operation/process. The project should be a formal business report that provides information regarding the strategic objectives of the organisation as well as the strategy of the specific operation/process. With regard to the specific operation/process chosen, the report should effectively analyse its design, organisation, technology, planning and control aspects, and strategies for improvement, preventing failure, and ensuring quality. Evaluation and analysis of these areas are to be supported with operations management concepts you have covered throughout the module.

The tasks required for the Final Project to be submitted this week are as follows:

1. Identify the strategic objectives of the organisation.

2. Analyse how the strategy of the selected operation/process is aligned with the strategic objectives of the organisation based on the performance objectives and characteristics of the operation/process.

3. Evaluate the overall design of the operation/process with regard to its total supply network, location of capacity, physical layout, and jobs.

4. Assess the deployment of technology within the operation/process based on the performance objectives as well as volume-variety characteristics.

5. Evaluate the planning and control methods or approaches for managing the demand and capacity of the operation/process.

6. Analyse the techniques utilised for improvement of the operation/process, as well as for detecting/preventing failure and ensuring quality.

Your Final Project should follow the given outline:

1. Brief description of company and operation/process selected

2. Strategic objectives of organisation and operation/process

3. Operation/process design

4. Utilisation of technology

5. Planning and control of the operation/process

6. Improvement, failure, and quality

7. Conclusion
Your Final Project should also include a section on how and where you obtained the information sources and the methodology used to perform any analysis. This project should follow a structured approach and should be prepared and presented as a professional business report. Please be sure your report adheres to the Harvard Referencing System.

Managing Change

Write an analysis of Module 1: pages 25-73 in the textbook “Managing Change: Cases and Concepts” (Todd Jick). Should included a brief overview of reading and personal analysis.

Evaluation

For this discussion question, you are asked to review the student learning outcomes for this course and discuss how you met these outcomes. The intention here is to provide you an opportunity to “reflect” on the learning achieved during this term and how you successfully met these learning outcomes. If you do not feel you successfully met the objective, discuss your plans to successfully complete the objective in the future.
By the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Demonstrate synthesis of the knowledge and skills acquired in preceding graduate nursing core and specialty curriculum content.
Evaluate current health policy and legal and ethical considerations in addressing the health promotion and disease prevention of a target population.
Integrate this synthesis in the creation of a scholarly project of either an evidenced-based practice proposal or a research proposal that generates new nursing knowledge.
Disseminate significant components of the project through a written paper and oral presentation.

B) Identify and discuss three negative elements within an organization that influence teams (or individuals) and their ability to anticipate the need for change in a given process. C) Of these six elements, select the single element which you feel is the most critical to success in process improvement initiatives and briefly discuss the reasons why you believe this to be true.

Using Figure 7.1 (on page 197 of the Barkley & Saylor textbook), select three of the tool sets/methodologies listed in the vertical axis of the matrix, then: A) Compare and contrast the attributes shown on the horizontal axis for each of the selected tool sets. B) Based on your comparison (from Part 3A), describe why you believe the authors selected those specific attributes and omitted others as part of their analysis. C) Justify your answers.

Ethical dilemma?

just need to answer this prompt, I would like it to be unique in a way and not a general essay written for others on this prompt. It does not matter what issue is written about as long it is appropriate for a college admission essay. Thank you very much.

Describe a problem you’ve solved or a problem you’d like to solve. It can be an intellectual challenge, a research query, an ethical dilemma-anything that is of personal importance, no matter the scale. Explain its significance to you and could be taken to identify a solution.
