Order Description

MY TOPIC IS: STRATEGIES FOR TEACHING VOCABULARY TO YOUNG BEGINNERS: CASE STUDY OF SAUDI PRIMARY SCHOOL IN LONDON.

I made observation forms and questionnaire forms to EAL classes in The King Fahad Academy primary school in London. I attend EAL English as second language classes for beginners from 7-10 years old. There are only 3 teachers for this particular classes. 2 teachers teaching together in the same class to monitor the class and help each other’s. I gave them 3 questionnaire and I attend 9 lesson for them to do my observation form and each lesson 45 mints. My study is qualitative not quantitive you know there is only 3 teachers there are NO percentage or tables. Please see the attachment to find the questionnaire and the observation which I have done. Generally they teach modern methodology as using the games, song , story but they miss the important methods which is COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH and THERE WERE FEW GROUPS AND IN PAIRS WORKING IN THE CLASSES which important TO DEVELPO TEACHING VOACBULARY.
