Written critique of two (2) professional journal articles on models, methods, or effectiveness of clinical
supervision
Journal publication dates must be more recent than 2010.
Each critique
is to be 3-4 typewritten pages (no more than 4 pages), double-spaced with 1″ margins, font size 11. The critique
is to be documented according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 5th
Edition (APA style). Papers should be carefully proofread. Page numbers must be included, and papers must
be stapled. Please, no folders or plastic covers.
Students MUST submit a copy of the journal article
with each written critique.
The journal article critique is to address the following points:
a.
Briefly summarize the article, inclusive of describing what model or method of supervision is being
presented?
b.
What do you think the author’s purpose was in writing the article?
c.
What did you learn from the article? Could this be adapted to your work/intern environment?
Explain.
