This task is a group report and we as an a group select (Coles group) as a Multinational enterprise (MNE). So the lecturer ask me to find out and answring the folloing questions:
General Issues;
Q1: How do various country cultures impact the business and human resource practice of the MNE?
Specific issues:
Q7: Should the MNE require that all its senior managers have at least five years international experience? Why?
Q8: What type of training and development would you suggest to use for the MNE’s employees in Australia, China, India, Thailand and/or Vietnam etc.?
Q9: Who should be responsible for development of global competencies in an MNE?
