educational leadership and inclusion setting

Inclusion: The Perspective of School Principals Regarding Disabilities and Inclusion Conceptualized for re-culturing Mainstream Schools for Children with Learning Disabilities (intellectual disabilities) in KSA

Literature Review (PhD level)
Before starting please I need clarification for each heading so I make sure that you understand what I want.
Only this heading:
1. The definition of school leadership
2. The education leadership theories:define each theory and how it related to inclusion in mainstream school for children with learning disabilities( special needs)
• Transformational leadership
• Transactional leadership
• Instructional leadership
• Social justice leadership
I need to add one more theory
3. The definition of school culture:
4. What is the different between re-culturing and re-structuring in the school and which model is related to inclusive approach:
5. How literature view the change in school leadership to develop inclusion approach:
Requirement (Don’t include any studies result all information from text books about the background of the topic, Please all the resources should be article or text books no internet references, use at last 10 books as references related to the education leadership. The new meaning of educational change. Strategic Leadership and educational improvement

To give you general idea of the topic my research aims and Objectives is
I do not argue that schools in KSA are appearing to be inclusive schools. Rather, the recent restructuring efforts in KSA schools combined with increasing number of students with disabilities enrolled mainstream schools, that has created new challenges for building principals who initiating and maintaining the support for schools that struggling to be inclusive. As my research calling for inclusive education where inclusion is more than putting students who experiencing special educational needs in mainstream schools and classrooms with their peers . Thus, as mentions the type of leadership demonstrated by the principal is vital to the success of including children with disabilities into mainstream school and considers leadership by principals committed toward inclusion impact positively on school culture as a key to the effective inclusion of children with Learning Disabilities in mainstream schools.
As there are many indications illustrate that the ways in which principals believes in inclusion philosophy is important for the successfully implementing inclusive practices and their envision foster the inclusion school community. More specifically, school principal’s behaviors toward disabled students may have an effect on the quality of the educational programs provide by teachers and other school members for Learning Disabilities pupils. That mean helping to understanding the nature of leadership styles fostering positively on operationalizes the culture that value and welcome differences.
With this in mind, The primary purpose of this study was to identify the perspective that primary and reception school principals in Riyadh held regarding the inclusion of students with Learning Disabilities; Consequently, in order to ensure the importance of this research, this study aims to explore how they conceptualise the inclusion approach, their knowledge towered the inclusion approach philosophy and the impact of these perceptive on their roles, to identify the relationship between their attitudes and their definition of disabilities and leadership roles, their practices to support the recent educational reforms and addressed the challenges to re-culturing school environment. This study would use qualitative methods (interviews, observation, document analysis and achievement records if it available to be access).

Legal Chanlleges of Private Security

: In private industry/business, some employers must institute an administrative, non-coercive, search programs to address real or perceived property losses at the hands of their employees. In establishing such a program, there are various issues that must be considered beyond the impact it might have on employee morale. Company executives must thoroughly vet the legality of an administrative search under consideration and consider the potential for civil lawsuits filed against the company and its security operatives for such reasons as invasion of privacy, assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and defamation. Legal claims may result from the manner in which the search is conducted. For instance, search protocols that are found by a court to be unreasonable, discriminatory, discourteous, unfair, highly intrusive, socially unacceptable conduct, or instituted for frivolous reasons will likely lead to successful claims by employees, a significant threat to company assets that must be avoided.

Scenario: The ACME Company manufactures various electronic devices for a variety of well-known brands. This includes cell phones, cameras, camcorders, stereos, computers, tablets, video games, and more. At any given time, many of these products are fully assembled and stored at the plant awaiting shipment to the vendors. Also stored at the plant are the expensive components used to manufacture the devices. As the new ACME security director, you have been alerted to the fact that significant inventory shortages have been occurring for the assembled devices and the stock components used to manufacture the electronic devices resulting in substantial company losses. You also have obtained information that these losses are the result of extensive employee theft.

To reduce or eliminate pilferage of company assets, you plan to discuss with the companys executive staff a plan to institute a package control system that includes a reasonable administrative search or spot inspection of bags, packages, and large parcels carried by employees leaving the facility. Before you do so, however, you decide to conduct the appropriate research to write a policy and associated procedures for this workplace search that will withstand any judicial test for reasonableness and fairness and present your proposal to the staff for consideration. You know the provisions of the policy and procedures must ensure the company and its security operatives balance their right to conduct limited searches to prevent and reduce company losses with employees expectation of privacy.

Writing Assignment: Students are to write a proposal for initiating an administrative, non-coercive package control search program for the ACME Company that will prevent or at least reduce the internal theft of company assets. The proposal must outline the specific provisions of the program policy, the operational protocols and procedures for conducting and documenting the searches and results, and the reasons why you believe the proposed policy and procedures are reasonable, fair, and non-discriminatory.

The length of the proposal will be between 1,000 and 1,500 words and students will use and properly cite and reference in APA format at least 3 sources other than the course instructional material. Course instructional material may be used and cited, but may not be included in the 3 sources required.

Option 2

Background: In private industry/business, some employers must institute an administrative, non-coercive, care taking search programs to address real or perceived property losses at the hands of their employees.

Writing Assignment: Students are to write a paper that explores the use and legalities of an administrative, non-coercive, care taking search program instituted by private security operatives to address real or perceived company losses resulting from significant internal theft. After reading and evaluating Judge Edward Weinfelds opinion in Chenkin v. BELLEVUE HOSP. CTR., NYC, ETC., 479 F. Supp. 207 (S.D.N.Y. 1979), found in the eReadings section of the online classroom, consider the opinion and respond to the following:

(1) Write an introduction to the project and include its purpose and a succinct recitation of the basic facts in this case.

(2) Describe the issues related to the search program the court needed to resolve.

(3) Explain the positions that Chenkin and Bellevue advanced to the court regarding Chenkins claim that the hospitals package control system was unconstitutional.

(4) Provide details of the courts ruling and rationale and be sure to describe the important features of the search procedure instituted by Belleville that in the view of the court rejected Chenkins claims.

(5) As a practical matter, evaluate how this court decision impacts security operations. Be specific and comprehensive.

The length of the proposal will be between 1,000 and 1,500 words and students will use and properly cite and reference in APA format at least 3 sources including the courts opinion. Course instructional material may be used and cited, but may not be included in the 3 sources required.

Fashion Promotion

course I’m doing is fashion promotion which isn’t an option, I have explored a few dissertation topics and still not fully decided on whats best for me but ill put beneath a topic where I have guidelines for you. I just want the best mark of course so if you feel i could have a stronger topic maybe I will tell you my other ideas.

Basically to explore chanel and understand the visual ascetic and what its fine detail in packaging has done for the brand.
e.g Iconic perfume bottle, strict colour codes, Consitencey throughout the brand.

*How its shaped the brand identity
*Each visual has a purpose
*Historical development of makeup and what makeup has become
*How it feels to open a Chanel package
*The fine detail that goes into wrapping a Chanel gift
*Consumer behaviour

It’s really hard to word research questions! First of all, I would advice against “either/or and “yes/no” questions. I also think your question will be VERY difficult to actually answer. Instead of focusing on what makes consumers buy and effects on sales, I would suggest shifting the focus onto visually analysing the meanings created through the design of the Chanel cosmetics packaging. The purpose of the dissertation module is to explore cultural ideas relevant to fashion – not to establish the commercial viability or success of something (other modules will have this focus) – it is not a marketing report! Your dissertation will be about branding but from a cultural/historical perspective rather than marketing. Titles which would be in line with this would be for instance:

“In black and white: the cultural, material and visual iconography of Chanel cosmetics”
“Creating an icon: the evolution of Chanel cosmetics packaging design”

Ideas which may be interesting to explore could be around the significance of the materiality of the packaging: the importance of the consumer’s haptic, tactile and thus potentially emotional engagement with the product. Textures, weight, sounds, scent, colours etc etc are incredibly important.

Coco chanel, the legend and the life
Hope in a Jar: The Making of America’s Beauty Culture < especially this as it could go deeper into the topic of makeup

Hope this is enough information, just to let you know the other ideas I was exploring was-
*Racism in fashion
*Social medias influence to fashion (mainly instagramwhich i already have a previous small essay on i could send.

The Role of Culture in Change Management: Managerial Perceptions on Organisational Change.

1. Indicative title of the topic area
This should accurately reflect what it is that you want to study and the central issues that
you are going to address.
2. Context / rationale / why is this study important? (300 – 500 words)
Introduce the general area of study and identify the theoretical context within which your
research will be developed by discussing the discipline(s) and or field/s of study relevant to
your research. This means outlining the key theoretical area(s) you will draw upon to enable
you to find out what it is that you want to know (e.g. underpinned from the social sciences;
arts and humanities; life, health and physical sciences). In addition, you will need to
contextualise your research in terms of the literature of your subject area. What we are
looking for here is an indication that you understand and have done some research into the
wider theoretical context.
Developing the context is just one part of this section; you are building a case / rationale for
the study area. Why is this study important, which theoretical areas support this? Can you
identify any gaps in current understanding that help you build the case for this research
study?
In this section you could outline the main aim of the study (also see section 4).
3. Literature review (approximately 700 – 900 words)
Here are demonstrating that you are aware of what has been and what is currently being
written about your topic (i.e. the academic literature, Government documents, media
coverage). We are looking for you to make links between a body of literature and your
proposed area of study and in so attempt to identify any gaps in knowledge. A PhD thesis
arises from original research leading to new knowledge or a significant contribution to
existing knowledge. If, at this stage, you have some thoughts on how your research is likely
to contribute to knowledge then include details in your proposal. This section should include
citations which are compiled into a reference list at the end of the document (see point 7).
4. The research questions or hypotheses (approximately 200 words)
Having told us what you want to study and why, and then illustrated these ideas with
reference to a body of literature, the next task is to distil your ideas into a tentative set of
research questions, hypotheses, aims and objectives (as per the underpinning discipline
requires) that are manageable and achievable within a normal PhD timeframe (see 6 below).
5. Research approach/ methodologies / methods (approximately 400 words)
There will be many research approaches open to you. In your proposal, suggest the
methodological approach that you might take and make a reasoned case as to why the
research questions you have
posed are best addressed by this approach. You might also suggest what methods you would
use to generate data that can help you address your research questions.
6. Timescale/research planning (approximately 200 words)
A full time PhD should take three years to complete, although you may require more time to
acquire the relevant skills prior to commencing your research. Part time study will take
longer (up to five – six years). Within this timeframe, you will need to demonstrate your
awareness of time management and planning (e.g. length of time for primary research/
fieldwork).
7. Reference List (at least 10 – 20 references)

The purpose of the research is to device a tool to be used by any university to test managerial .

Talent of newly appointed head of academic sections and colleges deans, and propose development plan in order to bring their talents to the desired level.
research is suggested to follow the comparison method to gain from other universities experiences and identifies the best practice; therefor the research will be divided to 8 steps as follow:
1- Review the practice in the most prominent American universities, in developing management abilities and leadership of the newly appointed head of academic sections and college’s deans.
2- Compare the Prominent American universities practices and identify the best practice.
3- Review the development of design tools literature according to Human performance technology methods.
4- Design the talent evaluation and development tool.
5- Conduct a validation test by applying the designed to on 5 selected newly appointed head of academic sections and colleges deans.
6- Conduct a 360 evaluation test for the selected head of academic sections and colleges deans to find out the effect of the intervention on their talent development.
7- Tune up the tool according to acquired results.
8- Conclude the research by writing the finding and recommendation.

Topic: Vulnerable Population and Self Awareness

Topic: Vulnerable Population and Self Awareness
Ponder about the following statement: All people have biases; self-awareness is the key to understanding how these biases affect the delivery of health care to individuals, families, and populations.
Select a vulnerable population as the focus of your paper. The population can be from any season and involve any of the characters.

Write a 1,200- to 1,400-word paper in which you apply criteria to select a vulnerable population, study that population’s demographics, and reflect on personal attitudes and values toward that population.
•Identify a vulnerable population.
•Describe the population’s demographics based on research of professional literature and websites including local, state, or national levels.
•Describe your personal awareness of the population before studying the demographics. Examples are attitudes, biases, and stereotypes.
•State the effect of research on personal attitudes after gathering knowledge.
•Include how knowledge might affect health care delivery.
•Describe the situation the character is in, and how you feel it should be dealt with based on the knowledge you have gathered about the population.
•Use self-reflection to evaluate your perceptions before and after learning about the population.
•Cite at least four references with at least three from the University Library.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

Comparison of Carnegie’s The Gospel of Wealth and Gompers’ Letter

Comparison of Carnegie’s The Gospel of Wealth and Gompers’ Letter

2-How do Carnegie and Gompers compare in their analyses of the role of wealth in society and in the power and value of different social classes?
3- Start your paper with a thesis statement that answers the question on #2. Remember that to compare is to see both likeness and differences
4- Use evidence from the documents to support your thesis. You may use very brief quotations (less than a sentence) from the documents
