international student and the purpose of this course is to provide students with an opportunity to build on or extend interests developed in their specialist area of education by undertaking a self-directed small-scale individual capstone project, normally in small groups with other students from the same specialisation.
International students or students who are not currently employed in cannot go into a school to do any project work for this course, so are more constrained in what they can do for their project, i.e. the development and /or evaluation of teaching materials or courses, discourse analysis of government policies, or a theoretical piece of research, i.e. an argument to introduce a new approach or methodology into their own context.

To assist you to undertake a qualitative meta-analysis, I have uploaded a few different studies which named (Hoon 2013, Paterson et al. 2009, Sandelowski and Scruggs 2007). When you are pursuing this methodology, please read through these very carefully and make sure you are actually conducting a meta-analysis, not a literature review!
Note:
You should know that many writers or students choose to conduct meta-analysis, but they struggle to do it very well. It is critical that you are rigorous and understand that this is not just another literature review.
Please find the attached files of a project proposal, Some articles on qualitative meta-analysis and some required references (PDFs).
Please make sure to do this project in high quality in (a PHD level) as it has full mark 100%.

UN Field Mission Leadership

with presentation, please prepare ‘presentation note’ which include possible questions from audiences and my answers, I will use it during the presentation.

a. What are the assumptions of the authors concerning
‐ the nature of reality
‐ the capability of researchers to detect reality
‐ the goals of academic research?

b. What are the consequences of these assumptions for the selection of
theory and empirical methods?

c. To what extent are the results/findings a consequence of the assumptions
and the choices made?

d. How would all the various steps in the research and the outcomes have
been different when basing the research on other assumptions?

: Prepare a 5 minutes presentation of your review.

: Please
prepare a 10 minutes presentation of your research idea.

The presentation should contain answers to the following questions:
1. What is the managerial problem to be resolved/tackled?
2. Why is it important to resolve that problem?
3. How can this managerial problem be formulated in a more abstract academic manner to make it become a research problem (What kind of problem is it)?
4. What are your ideas on how to approach that research problem?
5. What is the contribution you plan to make to our knowledge?

This assignment is about you choosing a topic from your previous small assignments that you are interested in and want to know more about. What you choose is up to you. The final assignment is about you using something from one the topics (Topics 1-5) and using it as a springboard for you to jump off from, taking it further and making it your own.
For those that have asked, you do not answer the topic question again in this assignment and you are certainly not to copy and paste work you submitted for the small assignments. That said, you may indicate in your introduction of your assignment for The final assignment that you selected a particular issue from one of the questions/topics discussed previously in the course for instance, social media and that you will discuss an aspect of this in your paper. For example, the advantages of social media for the delivery of nursing care in rural and remote settings. You are certainly able to draw upon the reference material that you used in the small assignments in of your assignment that deals with your chosen topic if you need to but you will need to show that you have read more broadly. Essentially, in this assignment you are to elaborate on a topic, show that have done further work and not have simply regurgitated what you did in the small assignments. I hope this helps clarify.

Please write about the last topic which is (Maintaining Safety While Promoting Quality among Registered Nurses) I’ve uploaded this topic

Consumer Behavior Report

This is a report not a essay but I can’t find report tittle in here. you can follow to write this report. Because this is consumer behavior subject so you can use CB theories in marketing to apply with examples as 3 advertises for children and 3 advertises for adults.
Please using this book for your main references and there are many theories that you can apply to compare between 6 TV commercial advertises ” Consumer Behaviour: Implications for Marketing Strategy, McGraw-Hill, Sydney”. Please make sure that you analyse examples with applying theories, not just theories. You can find 6 examples that I mentioned before in Australia, maybe there are different categories.
Any questions please let me know.
Thanks so much

Philosophy

an essay, 5-6 pages long, with 12-point font, 1.5 spacing between lines, and standard margins, in which you respond to prompts (I) — (VI) below clearly and thoroughly.. Note: In this essay, you are NOT to include any information you find online. Restrict yourself entirely to our book. You may paraphrase or quote from any portion of Stephen Law, but you may NOT bring in any information obtained from the internet to write the essay.

(I) Briefly re-tell Platos Allegory of the Cave (pp. 78–79 in Law).
(II) How seriously should we take Platos allegory? For example, Plato insists only a small number of people can become philosophers (due to genetics and personal traits). So, will one who is led out of the cave to eventually become a philosopher ever want to return to the cave to live with the unenlightened? What are some reasons Platos philosopher may want to return to the cave and what are some reasons he wouldnt want to? Could he be forced to return? How would that work and what would the consequences be? Explain. (b) Even if the philosopher does return to the cave to live with the masses, how is he supposed to help the prisoners (most of whom cannot ever be led out of the cave)? Carefully speculate on these questions.
(III) In a sentence, extract from the section The Nature of God (p.139) Laws definition of God (the God of the philosophers).
(IV) Law delves into religious experiences: those experiences in which individuals feel that they are directly aware of God (p.150). (a) Philosophers have compared someone seeing God to someone seeing a human judge. What are the similarities and differences between regular perception and religious experiences? (b) Law says that different people have had the same religious or mystical experience, and that this can be used to provide evidence for Gods existence. How? Explain. (c) William James denied that seeing or hearing God is a sensory perception, as seeing a car or hearing a lecture is. What, according to James, is the heart of religious experience (p.151)? (d) Law criticizes religious experience as good grounds to infer God exists in the section Rare and False (p.151). Summarize Laws criticism.
(V) Law outlines Sigmund Freuds diagnosis of religious experience on page 152. (i) According to Stephen Law, what is Freuds view of religious experience? What is it and why does it arise, according to Freud? (ii) Law then provides a religious rejoinder to Freuds view (p.152). What is it? (iii) What do you think a college psychology textbook would say if a father raised his daughter to always feel vulnerable and in need of his protection, even after she turns 50 (and he was successful, and this is how she felt)? Is this case different than the case of your creating a robot which always feels vulnerable and in need of your protection? Explain.
(VI) Law makes the case that the Problem of Evil provides excellent evidence that God, as defined by the philosophers, does not exist — in the section No Good Reason for Evil? (p.154). Summarize Laws views. Person A and Person B (who each lost a beloved son in 9-11) pass away from old age at the age of 90 and awake in heaven to find themselves standing before God Himself. Create a story in which God tells A and B why He allowed 9-11 to occur. The story should provide Gods higher purpose explaining why He permitted it. Gods justification is then accepted by A but rejected by B. Explain why Gods higher purpose satisfies A but not B.

Business Strategies

1. What are some examples of business strategies that are centered around information system standards? How effective have these strategies been from the perspective of the firm? Their competitors? And from the perspective of users of systems that depend on these standards?
