The assignment is to create a complete media plan/including budget for Village Surf Shop as outlined in Exercise 17.

Review all chapters, but pay special attention to Chapters 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
The Coca-Cola case is a strong example.
Don�t forget online/social media in your planning and buying.
If you want to include guerilla marketing/PR events, price it at $25,000 per event. Explain these and indicate where and when they would take place. For the budget, just leave the total amount for guerilla/PR as a contingency.

You will need to refer to the case study provided and answer the following:
1.Briefly describe the key characteristics of the organisation in the case study, and the circumstances surrounding the change initiative/ programme.
2.With reference to relevant theories analyse the change processes involved and the extent to which the change has impacted on both individuals and teams
3.Evaluate those aspects in the organisation and its environment that either aided or hindered this change initiative.
4. Critically evaluate the success of the leadership strategies employed to manage the change programme, giving examples of how they supported or hindered the success of the change programme.

Describing Project Activities

Choose an organization and think about implementing a simple project aimed at automating some aspects of work in the selected organization(my project is: office automation system for a Landry). Some examples of such projects include designing a web site; implementing an office automation system; improving electronic communications, etc. Projects may also be chosen for enhancing and changing existing information systems. Provide background information about the organization for context and briefly describe the major project activities. Use the eight project management activities covered in 543 Session Five as a guideline and try to come up with the following summary information:
