Sensory Analysis of two milk samples

introduction about sensory analysis in food product development and quality control.
Objective of the test (we want to know if the customer will differentiate between 2 milk samples, A2 Full cream milk 2L and Coles Full cream milk 2L).
Particular test that we chose (Difference test- Paired test) and (Acceptance test- two sample preference test). Give Definition and why they chosen? Benefits of these two tests, information about the testes
