I want this paper to support my hypothesis that the private and government owned prisons industry is corrupt and ineffective in rehabilitating inmates. Instead its a recycling of what consists of mainly black and hispanic men. Also incorporate the racial imbalance of local arrest and how police target miniorities specifically in poor neighbirhoods. War on drugs being the cause of this oppresiveness. Develope own hypothesis regarding the topic and use THREE RELEVANT PEER-REVIEWED articles and one other source to support hypothesis. Must include introduction (what I intend to study/issues being discussed,why is it worth it,approach on topic and sources that helped), body of paper, conclusion and reference page (list of sources and cites must use APA format). 12 point double spaced minimum of 5 pages.
