Select a paradox from Chapter 2, 3 or 4, and then analyse this paradox and apply it to a specific organization. First, briefly discuss and define strategy which will about 100-150 words. Then present in your own words your understanding of the paradox. This should not be more than 200-250 words. Then explain how the strategy of the organization in which you work can be understood in terms of this paradox; does it lean toward one pole or the other and does it effectively address the tensions of the paradox or not. Finally, offer some conclusions about how useful this paradox is in understanding your organization. If you are not currently working in an organization, choose one in which you have worked.
