Case study: Saving the world one puffer jacket at a time

Key question: As retailers who market themselves as being leaders in sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR), what are the factors that Patagonia and North Face must consider in continually ensuring their suppliers meet those strategic aims?
In “Links to case study” document in the attached files, there are the case study to be looked at. Then in the “template” document, there are several questions to be answered.
