• Create a training presentation for a group of educators interested in facilitating professional development courses for adult students.
For this training, include the following points in your PowerPoint presentation:
• Explain the roles of facilitator and teacher, and then determine the differences in serving as a facilitator.
• Specify strategies to facilitate professional development with adult students.
• Identify strategies that one should avoid when working with adult students.
• Provide specific examples to support your training presentation.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of
brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least 5 scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources
may be included.
Length: 14 slides (with a separate reference slide)
