The ability to write a good research question

Topic: Week 5 and 6
Week 5
The ability to write a good research question is a skill you acquire through practice. Practice now will serve you well as you refine your dissertation ideas over the next few quarters. Using the quantitative portion of a mixed-methods methodology for the research issue you are interested in, write a research question and associated hypotheses that you would test in a study of this subject. Explain how this quantitative research question supports the research study design and gets you to what you want to know.
Practice designing sampling procedures is also important to your success in your dissertation work. Using a quantitative methodology for the research problem you are interested in, apply the sampling terminology on p. 136–137 of the text. Specifically, note the population, sampling frame, sampling design, sample, unit of analysis, statistic, and parameter. Analyze any significant challenges that you as a researcher would face in using this sampling technique.

Week 6
Assessing how others have addressed qualitative sampling dilemmas will help you to design your own sampling plan and contingency procedures in case things do not go smoothly. Using the articles you identified in the study activities, note the following for each article:
Who was the research population?
How were the participants contacted?
What was the response rate?
How did the researchers handle participants who did not respond on first contact?
What other follow-up processes did they use?
Analyze and compare the population sampling plans. Provide suggestions on areas that could have been approached differently. Note things that worked particularly well. Identify lessons that you have learned from this for later application in your own study sampling.

Research on project management

Research on project management applied to new product development in Western, compared in China
just infrom that my dissertation title is how the project management applied to new product development in Western, compared to this in China. I want you do the comparative case analysis to find some differences on new product project development according cultural difference, and then give some strategies to help Chinese project improvement within the help of Western successful new project process. I hope you select constriction industry (please one in China, one in UK, you can fake out it if possible to respectively discribe new project process (attached graphs), and I will give you some helpful documents. You have better do some interview notes or questionnaire investigation.

__________________________________________________________________________
Actually I have done some parts of dissertation including literature review and research methodology, but I am worried about my capability that hardly to handle the research discussion. But I can provide some ideas to you via my PPT display. Firstly I have written my case study through BYD vs Tesla to research auto industry differences. You should follow the same method to imitate the method to research construction company for all general project development process involving all related matters focused.I think you have better to focus long power distance or collectivism led to weak project team;the uncertainty avoidance to say weak management of change, especially management changing customer/client requests that adding change of management model. Finally talk about concurrent engineering model.
Thanks I think you can do high quality paper for me.

Evaluation of Research: Mental Health

Topic: SOWK 625 – Evaluation of Research: Mental Health
Only write on these parts:
Intervention Rationale and Description (3 pages) and Logic Model
Proposed Outcomes Evaluation Methodology (4 pages)
Please see directions..

Research table

Topic: Research table
To begin, work through the reference list that was created in the “Section B: Problem Description” assignment in Module 2. Appraise each resource using the “Rapid Critical Appraisal Checklists,” available in the textbook appendix or electronically on the textbook student resource CD-ROM. The specific checklist you use will be determined by the type of evidence within the resource.
Develop a research table to organize and summarize the research studies. Using a summary table allows you to be more concise in your narrative description. Only research studies used to support your intervention are summarized in this table. Refer to the “Evaluation Table Template,” available in the textbook appendix. Use the “Evaluation Table Template” as an adaptable template.
Write a narrative of 750-1,000 words (not including the title page and references) that presents the research support for the projects problem and proposed solution. Make sure to do the following:
1) Include a description of the search method (e.g., databases, keywords, criteria for inclusion and exclusion, and number of studies that fit your criteria).
2) Summarize all of the research studies used as evidence. The essential components of each study need to be described so that readers can evaluate its scientific merit, including study strengths and limitations.
3) Incorporate a description of the validity of the internal and external research.
It is essential to make sure that the research support for the proposed solution is sufficient, compelling, relevant, and from peer-reviewed professional journal articles.
Although you will not be submitting the checklist information or the evaluation table you design in Module 3 with the narrative, the checklist information and evaluation table should be placed in the appendices for the final paper.
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
Refer to “NUR 699 Literature Support Holistic Assessment.”
Upon receiving feedback from the instructor, refine Section C: Literature Support for your final submission. This will be a continuous process throughout the course for each section.
please use my last two orders if needed for details

Research question:

Topic: Research question: Which Focus of Commitment Is Stronger At Various Levels of the Company Hierarchy?
Order Description
I NEED SOMEBODY VERY FAMILIAR WITH SPSS ANALYSING.

Hi writer,
This assignment: This written individual assignment involves reporting on the analysis of quantitative data that i have collected as part of my thesis research. The number of words is limited to 1500. Specifically the assignment will consist of the following parts: Your research question, a description of the analytical strategy and the results.

Background information: Research Question, Hypothesis & Model: Research question: Which Focus of Commitment Is Stronger At Various Levels of the Company Hierarchy?

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between perceived support, commitment and turnover intention. I am interested in analyzing these phenomena at two different levels: Organizational level (Supervisors support; Organizational commitment) and Team level (Team Support; Team Commitment).

Moreover, I would answer the question whether these three phenomena are related at both level of analyses. In addition, I will look into a potential mechanism through which perceived support influences turnover intention; investigating the role of organizational commitment in this relationship. Finally, attempt to specify factors, under which these mechanisms operate, I will investigate the moderating role of the hierarchical position.

Research Hypothesis Below:
H1 Perceived support is positively related to commitment at both, organizational and team level.
H1a Perceived supervisor support is positively related to organizational commitment.
H1b Perceived team support is positively related to team commitment.
H2 Perceived support is negatively related to turnover intentions at both, organizational and team level.
H2a Perceived supervisor support is negatively related to turnover intentions
H2a Perceived supervisor support is negatively related to turnover intentions
H3 Perceived support influences turnover intentions through commitment, at both organizational and team level.
H3a Perceived supervisor support leads to lower turnover intentions through increased organizational commitment.
H3b Perceived team support leads to lower turnover intentions through increased team commitment.
H4 Hierarchical position moderates the relationship between perceived support, commitment and turnover intentions at both, organizational and team level.
H4a The level of an employee in a companys leadership hierarchy influences the relationship between perceived supervisor support, organizational commitment and turnover intentions.
H4b; The level of an employee in a companys leadership hierarchy influences the relationship between perceived team support, team commitment and turnover intentions
Model: The model that is applicable for this research is Model 8 of PROCESS models.
the research model is uploaded in the file hypotheses, question and model. and is model 8 from the file “model 8 process documentation”.
I uploaded:
– My spss data ( and translated the relevant questions to English in the spss file),
– Questionnaire (translated in English), – research question, model& hypotheses,
– Literature review.
– Three PowerPoint files where every step you have to make in analysing my spss data file is explained.
– Exercises; in the exercises every step is explained which you have to make in order to analyse the data.
If additional information is needed, please let me know. thank you
