Nursing intervention in sepsis management
Nursing intervention should be specific to each system and should be linked to rationales. The rationales should be therapeutic and clinical evidenced. The references must be up to date not older than 5 years.

I have a very specific rubric that I must follow. I will upload this rubric. I need APA formatting with in text citations and a reference list. Last time I ordered a paper I had a problem with the in text citations part of the APA formatting. I have an example that I will upload as well. This example is EXACTLY how I need this concept map done. This concept map is for an Advanced Medical Surgical Clinical rotation. It can be related to a “CLIENT” and I capitalized that word because we refer to Patients as clients. So no using the word patient, only client. I can’t have any abbreviations also. This concept map can be based off of a client in the Telemetry Unit, Short Stay, ER, or ICU as that is where my rotation consist of.
