Bullying and Child Development

The research question is ‘What are the main effects of bullying in child development and with the identification, what can be done to counter these effects while letting supporting factors remain constant?’

You will provide a description of the research question and hypothesis (or hypotheses) that will guide your research. You will also submit an annotated bibliography of at least eight peer-reviewed sources. For each article, you will need to provide full bibliographic information, the abstract, and a summary of the key findings of the article and how they relate to your research question.

discusion questions

Problem 1: Process Methodology
A common process methodology is the BP Trends approach discussed in the Reading this week. Process creation, change, or revision can come from the top-down or from the bottom-up within an organization. With this in mind review the BPTrends Enterprise Methodology (Figure 3.2) and answer the following questions:

1. Why do you believe the ongoing strategy process (see figure 3.2) is a continuous loop? Make sure you provide information to support your answer.
2. Of the different process tools (see figure 3.2) which do you believe is the most difficult for the organization to control and why?

Problem 2 Measuring Processes
Process design and implementation is outcome driven. To achieve desired outcomes, successful process design results from an understanding of the task(s), which will complete or support the task(s), as well as any restrictions (legal, physical, or other) to the process design. However, successful design implementation depends on the use of metrics to manage and measure the process(es). With this in mind address the following questions:
1. Select one task that you are currently or were previously responsible for performing. Isolate the type of metric measurement used to evaluate the task process to determine if the process was being followed correctly.

2. Address how frequently the process was evaluated and whether the feedback provided contributed toward or detracts from successful outcome(s) for that process. If no performance measurement is used, identify a set of measurements to evaluate the task and discuss how and why that measurement would ensure successful task completion.
Problem 3: The Organization and Process Change
Process creation, revision, and implementation are all predicated on the ability of the organization and its employees and vendors to accept change. The organization may have the will to change yet find its employees are reluctant and resistant to change.
For this Discussion consider this change resistance in addressing the following:
1. Evaluate the role of an Executive Level BPM Group. Who would be members of that group and how is this group responsible for reducing resistance to change?
2. Deduce at least one method by which the organization can reduce change resistance?
3. Does the use of Six Sigma, or the Balanced Scorecard within an organization contribute toward or reduce resistance to process change? If so, how? If not, why not?

task 2 – Strategic Plan Review - The Pure Events.

Task Details (from module page13)
On an individual basis, you must evaluate your group strategic plan and further develop it. This should include:
1. An overall evaluation of problems identified in the initial submission
2. Solutions to the issues identified above
3. A comprehensive development of the strategic plan to include an international market
development strategy
The submission should be in report format of 4000 words. You may decide to support your report by including appendixes of related documentation, for example, staff schedules, site plans, country evaluations, risk assessments plus others that may enhance this work.

Assignment of "Writing and genres" and " Topic, angle, purpose"

Please complete the following two parts:

1. Writing and genres :

Consider a kind of writing activity that you do frequently and are good at. It might be texting your friends, e-mailing people, working on a social networking profile, writing college or university application essays, or composing the five-paragraph essay. Write informally about the features of this writing and how those features affect the people who use this kind of writing (where it occurs and in what medium). Finally, describe the writing itself: What kind of content is typical, how is that content organized, what kind of language is used? In what ways does the genre determine who the participants can and cannot be?

Read the chapter and list five different topics related to food. Then, for each of these topics, ask yourself, “What is new or has changed recently about this topic?” Using your answers to this question, write down two possible angles for each topic.

Milk from Cows

For Term Paper #1 you are required to pick a product or service you use in your everyday life and describe the market for this product. Please make sure to address the following questions:
1. What factors influence the demand for this product? What factors influence the supply of this product?
2. How have these changes in supply and demand affected the equilibrium price of this product?
3. Do you anticipate any changes to the demand and/or supply of this product in the near future? If so, what is driving these changes?

Complete this essay in a Microsoft Word document in APA format. Your work will automatically be submitted to Turnitin for plagiarism review. Please note that a minimum of 700 words for your essay is required

Assessing Evaluability

Post the theory of change and logic model for your professional development program. Briefly describe your role related to the program outlined in your logic model. Then, describe how your logic model contributes to a “glass box evaluation” as described in this week’s Learning Resources.

Assessing Evaluability

In the previous course, you developed a logic model to help define a program to address a particular need at your school*. In your logic model, you incorporated a theory of change by identifying the inputs, activities, and outcomes along the way that would result in your intended goal, in terms of student learning.

In this Discussion, you will present your logic model and its theory of change to your Walden colleagues and use an Evaluability Assessment Rubric and other criteria to assess the evaluability of one another’s programs. This collaborative activity will help you critically analyze other logic models and theories of change through the lens of the Evaluability Assessment Rubric and help you to refine your own logic model and theory of change. This work is challenging and may take some practice. Be sure to use your Learning Resources to guide you and review examples that can give you a vision of how to develop your own finished products.
Following the guidelines and examples in this week’s Learning Resources, take a moment to sketch out the theory of change that is the foundation of your logic model. For examples of theories of change, review Figures 4B, 4C, and 4D in Chapter 4, “Assess Evaluability,” of your course text by Killion. As you map out your program’s theory of change, make any revisions to your logic model that may be necessary based on your learning this week. Refer to Table 4.3 for an example of a logic model and review the information provided in the chapter describing the components of a logic model. For another example in a slightly different format, refer to the discussion of a hypothetical school district’s theory of change and logic model in Chapter 3, “The Evaluation Frame: Understanding the Journey” in theEvaluating Standards-Based Professional Development for Teachers: A Handbook for Practitioners optional reading resource this week.

Techniques of rationalization

Assignment# 5 . The interviews covered the criminal history of the young men and the appeal of criminal activity was for them. Based on the readings and on what you have learned from the PowerPoint answer the following question:

To what extent can c the theory about techniques of rationalization be applied to these quotes?

Why or why not are “techniques of rationalization” an adequate explanation for the teenagers who have committed crimes?

Write at least a total of 350 words for both questions; don’t write more than 450 words.

Application: Transformative Agents of Positive Change

Application: Transformative Agents of Positive Change
In the Discussion, you identified three topics in the field of education that ignite your passion and that may inform your end product in your program of study. In this Application Assignment, you will address, in more detail, the topics that fuel your passion, why you decided to pursue an advanced graduate degree, and what you hope to accomplish with your degree.
Ask yourself what impact you would like to make in the areas that excite you and what changes you would like to implement. Think about how advancing your education might contribute to your ability to make a difference in these areas.
Note: As you move through your courses and begin to investigate topics that call for educational change, it will be very important for you to narrow your focus. The purpose of completing an advanced course of study is not for you to tackle and change the entire world, but to begin your professional journey by focusing on a meaningful and targeted problem within the scope and the time frame available.
As you can see from the inverted triangle, topics are broad, issues are subcomponents of topics, and problems are specific, narrowly focused statements for investigation. As you collect more information and begin to critically analyze the topic and the issues, you must begin to synthesize information to refine your target issue to a manageable size—the problem statement. This will demand that you begin to work on the skills of synthesis and advanced academic writing.
Submit by Day 7 (of Module 1) a 2- to 3-page paper that includes the following:
• A description of the experiences and motivations that have led you to pursue an advanced graduate degree.
• An explanation of how the three topics you addressed in the Discussion relate to issues in education.
• A description of a problem related to each issue—a problem you would want to help solve.
• At least two goals you hope to accomplish as a result of obtaining your degree.
An explanation of how your pursuit of the topics you identified can enable you to become an agent of positive change. Provide specific example
