Analyze the data and write a brief report (Word doc) output included as appropriate on your findings. You should describe the analysis as follows:
Introduction with a statement of the problem you are trying to resolve and the Model that underlies the problem
Approach with a description of the survey instrument and what it is supposed to measure and a description of the sample of employees
Results showing spss ouput for each of the 7 items by department and for the company as a whole
Conclusions and recommendations based on your results.
