Through Line

Everything the Main Character does and represents that primarily relates to him alone, as opposed to specific relationships he has with other characters, can be said to be part of the Main Character Throughline. There are four different perspectives in the structure of any story represented by the combination of each of the four Classes with each of the four Throughlines: the Overall Story Throughline, the Relationship Story Throughline, the Impact Character Throughline, and the Main Character Throughline. The Main Character Throughline describes in the broadest single term what the Main Character represents and the area in which the Main Character operates within the story.

Super Objective Film Assignment. Of the 7 Techniques, you came across the Through Line for a character. This assignment is to elaborate on this further

Safety, Quality, and INformatics

Before you begin, examine your organization’s history of safety in a specific area and how your organization addresses patient safety issues. If possible, consult with a key stakeholder in the organization (such as an administrator) to better understand specific patient-safety concerns and how the organization is working to resolve the concerns. This person should also be able to discuss some of the organizational barriers impacting the patient safety issue.
Next, look at the basic concepts, principles, and practices that contribute to organizational quality improvement and patient safety. Review the literature for best practices and how technology might be used to improve the issue.
Finally, be sure to consider the legal and ethical implications associated with the safety issue, as well as possible organizational barriers to change.
Directions
As you construct this assessment, address each point as completely as possible:

Describe a patient-safety issue within your organization.
Compare the way your organization addresses patient-safety issues with the concepts, principles, and practices that contribute to quality improvement and patient safety.
Analyze the legal and ethical consequences of not addressing the issue.
Recommend evidence-based interventions to address the patient-safety issue.
Explain how technology can be used to improve the issue.
Identify possible organizational barriers to change (budget, vision, technology, et cetera).
Describe strategies to overcome organizational barriers to change, based on your knowledge of the organization.
Additional Requirements
Format: Include a title page and reference page. Use APA style and formatting.
Length: Ensure your completed assessment is 8 pages in length, not including the title page and reference page.

Nursing Assignment: Application:

Drawing Conclusions About Research Findings and Their Implications for Clinical Practice
As a current or future nursing researcher and professional, your ability to draw reasonable conclusions from research findings will determine the effectiveness of proposed solutions for clinical nursing practice. As you continue to develop your skill set to become a nursing leader, your exposure to a multitude of research designs, research findings, and evidence-based practice will likely inform how you will absorb this knowledge into meaningful clinical practice. Throughout this course and program, your exposure to different research questions, research study designs, and approaches to addressing serious issues in both nursing and health care confirms the ever-changing landscape in which you have elected to practice. While this is in its own right challenging, it also offers several opportunities to create new knowledge, improve upon current nursing practice, and exercise research skills for positive patient outcomes.
For this Assignment, review the research methods and findings of the Verweij study conducted in 2014. The primary purpose of this quantitative research study was to investigate the effectiveness of an intervention to decrease medication errors in a hospital. The citation and discussion/conclusion information is intentionally deleted so you can draw your own conclusions.
In a 2- to 3-page, double-spaced paper, describe three conclusions you have drawn from the findings in this study, taking into consideration the limitations of the study. Next describe three implications for clinical practice. Once you have submitted the assignment, you will be given the full article for review.
Refer to the Academic Writing Expectations (AWE) Checklist document and use the Walden template from this week’s resources. No abstract or reference list is required for AWE 2000/3000.
