The relationship between the barriers that hinder TQM implementation and the key factors required for TQM implementation

1. Writing a small sub section of academic work (critical writing) entitle “The relationship between the barriers that hinder TQM implementation and the key factors required for TQM implementation” about 850 words. 2. To make everything clear to the writer, this paper should focus on the relationship between the barriers that hinder or impeded TQM implementation and the key factors of TQM, which represent the success requirements of TQM implementation. Although there are many barriers that hinder TQM implementation. However, in my study I focused on seven barriers as follows 1. Poor understanding and insufficient knowledge of TQM 2. Resistance to change 3. Lack of Delegation authority and responsibility 4. Lack of Teamwork 5. Lack of TQM experts 6. Bureaucratic management 7. Poor of effective training In addition, there are so many TQM key factors but in my study I focused on the nine key factors, these key factors are: 1. Top Management Commitment 2. Continuous improvement 3. Process Management 4. Customer Focus 5. Training and education 6. TQM culture 7. Policy and Strategy 8. Employee empowerment 9. Communication 3. This work should include at least nine references. All of these references should derived from Journal paper and the date of publishing of these journals is between 2008 and 2017. 4. The references should be reliable and accessible i.e. no electronic books or article, paper…etc. that written without academic criteria and can’t be accessed. 5. It is crucial to attach the references (journal papers) that have been used in the work within accomplished work (attached copies).
