In your assigned team Discussion topic, you will be posting the following elements from your proposal: Your research hypothesis. Your research design. The type of data you will collect. The type of descriptive statistics you would use to display your data. The inferential statistics you will use to test your research hypothesis. The results you expect from the inferential statistics. You should explain why you have selected the particular descriptive and inferential statistics to report your results.
The team will work together to review each team member’s proposal elements and statistics by providing feedback with the goal that the “information communicated to the learner that is intended to modify the learner’s thinking or behavior for the purpose of improving learning.” Each team member is responsible for reviewing the team’s feedback and revising their original post. This Discussion addresses the following unit learning outcome: Choose appropriate statistical analysis or data presentation based on research question and collected data. It also addresses the following course outcomes: IX540-1: Prepare an educational research proposal that includes a problem statement, research questions and hypotheses, preliminary literature review, research methodology and design.
