I have a sample proposal. WARNING: your sources must be annotated (highlighted with notes) and the complete citation for each source must be present. Your proposal topic cannot be changed after we meet. Be sure that you have sufficient sources for your essay before submitting your proposal. A proposal is required to write the final essay; Your essay topic must be on Technology and Medicine!!!!!!! ( I suggest use cancer as topic ) ____________________________________________________________________ Create a heading that is titled “Focus.” Then explain to me whether you will primarily argue or analyze your topic and provide me with a detailed discussion of the scope and focus of your topic. A possible argumentative thesis or set of analytical questions are required. You may change your mind regarding analysis or argument while writing the paper. Include what your subtopics for your essay will be. (Two/three full-paragraphs) Create an “Interest” heading, then explain to me who would be interested in your topic, and who your topic effects and why.
(One full-paragraph is expected) Create a “Research” heading. Provide me with at least four scholarly sources (bring in hard copies of each source), with proper citation, that you may use in your essay. You must explain to me how these sources will be used in your essay. (Aim for 150 words for each explanation of your source.) Create a “Survey” heading. Provide me with a link to your survey. Your survey must be live (published to the Internet). THIS IS OPTIONAL BUT SUGGESTED. Create a “Problems” heading. Explain to me any potential problems you may face when writing this essay. For example, lack of resources, time management, etc. (150 words is expected.)
