Psychological contract and project management

Generally, lecture wants me to write a critical review after reading the articles.
I hope writer could read through the articles i upload and choose one to write about, critically point out the weakness of the article and explain the reason logically, relating to project management knowledge and quoting other article’ opinion to support opinion in review.(that can prove i have read all those articles), i hope the number of words could be 700-750.

And this is what lecture want us to do about how do we write a critical review.
Typically, when writing a critical review of this nature, you are advised to consider the
following questions (not exhaustively):
• What is the chosen peer-reviewed academic journal article about? What is/are
the central argument(s)? What conclusion(s) are the author(s) making?
• How have the author(s) derived their arguments? What methods were used,
and how have the methods influenced the strength of the argument(s)? To what
extent do the methods used convince you of the argument(s) they make?
• How does the chosen article contribute to our collective understanding of the
coursework theme? What are the implications of the argument(s) found in the
chosen article, especially for the theory and practice of project management?
• What are the limitations of the chosen article? Where are the weak points?
What are the implications of these, for theory and for practice?
Thinking through these questions might help you focus when reading the literature.

Experimental Write up for Introduction to Psychology
Psychological researchers investigate topics of interest through literature searches and their own
psychological studies. It is also important that they communicate their findings to the general public and
other researchers through journal articles, popular media, and conference presentations.
The current assignment is to write a review paper which provides you with an opportunity to develop two
important skills of a researcher: critical thinking and written communication skills.
INSTRUCTIONS:
For this assignment, your task will be to read the journal article that is posted on the course site and
to summarize and discuss the limitations of the study.
 Create an APA formatted title page
 Clearly summarize the purpose of the study (approx. a few sentences)
 Clearly summarize the methodology such as number and type of participants, variables
examined/manipulated etc. (approx. 1/2 -1 page)
 Clearly summarize the results of the study (approx. 1/2 page)
 Write your paper clearly, succinctly keep it organized and comprehensible.
 Include a discussion of the results (approx. 1/2 – 1 page)
 Clearly discuss how the findings contribute to society at large (approx. ½ – 1 page)
 Create an APA formatted reference list
 Write your paper clearly, keep it organized and comprehensible.
 The entire assignment should be no more than 5 pages (double-spaced, typed, 12-point font) not
including title page and reference page. Please staple your pages together.
Please note that it is strongly encouraged that students complete and submit their assignment.
Note: Please staple a copy of your Plagiarism Certificate to the back of the paper
Failure to submit the assignment may result in a final course letter grade of an “F”.
The Assignment must be submitted in hard copy (paper) at the beginning of the class period on the day it is
due; a soft copy must also be deposited in the drop box of the course site. Late submissions will lose 4%
per business day; the clock stops when I receive the paper. A business day ends at 4:30 pm. So, for
example, if a student does not submit the assignment on the day that it is due at the beginning of class, then
4% has been lost. Further, if the assignment is handed in after 4:30 the next day, another 4% is lost. If I am
not in my office, please try to find another instructor and have them date, time, and sign your assignment
before you put it under my door. If I find your paper after 4:30 then 4% has been lost.

Different Perspectives

. In this assignment you will assess the acquisition and maintenance of your habit using the following four psychological perspectives:

Humanistic

Psychodynamic

Neuroscience

Cognitive

You will be expected to describe why you developed this habit, what purpose having this habit serves in your life, and how you will break this habit – according to each perspective. You will need to use at least 3 concepts from each perspective to support your answer.

Here’s an example of an answer for this assignment. Please note that this example is not fully developed; it is intended to provide you with an overall direction for this assignment.

Example
Identified habit:
Nervous laughter in inappropriate times

Why this habit developed and how is it reinforced:
Behavioral (from LP4 Assignment): behavior was positively reinforced with gaining attention from the mother whenever nervous laughter was displayed.

Humanistic: esteem needs are not being met, feeling insignificant around other people, attempt to fulfill belonging needs

Psychodynamic: unconscious need for attention, superego’s reaction when uncomfortable with conversation, defense mechanism

Neuroscience: family trait (heritability), mother and sister exhibit same behavior

Cognitive: interpret nervous laughter as exhibiting happy/fun personality traits instead of annoying, interpret the attention gained from nervous laughter as showing acceptance with others
