The lectures you will watch during references will explain to you the steps to take to engage in a stakeholder analysis. For this assignment, you will perform a stakeholder analysis of a fictitious company called Swiss Chem TU, and you will analyze their stakeholders as if you are the Global Facilities Manager of this corporation. The complete assignment is in the sources. I�ve also posted two exemplary stakeholder analysis submissions from previous semesters, when I asked students to analyze the stakeholders of the Fox School of Business. You may use these exemplary submissions to help you organize your thoughts and responses.
