Leadership
Order Instructions:
Choose a prominent, well known Leader in the world today. You must include the following:
¨ What is their background and how did they get to where they are today?
¨ What makes them a good leader?
¨ What is their experience? Education?
¨ What do you admire about them?
¨ What leadership style do they have?
You need to also choose one of the questions below in addition to the required questions:
¨ What are their strengths? Weaknesses? Are they ethical?
¨ How do they manage others?
¨ What can you learn from them to use in your own leadership quest?
¨ How do they communicate? What communication style do they have?
¨ How do they manage change?
¨ How do they motivate others?
Paper Guidelines
? The paper is to be typed and double spaced
? Font size is 12 with one inch margins.
? Length is a MINIMUM of 8 content pages
? You need a cover page, table of contents and a bibliography (Your paper must include an introduction, body of the paper with the six identified areas, conclusion and bibliography)
? Please use headings to identify each of the 3 areas of strength and weaknesses. Use headings make it easier for the reader to ensure you have covered each of the areas.
? One inch margins on both sides.
? ¨ Make sure that you use Headings to delineate the various areas in your paper.
? You must have a table of contents and your pages must be numbered. The title page and the Table of contents do not count towards the 8 page minimum. Your table of contents page must have numbers of the page for each area, along with the six areas identified that you are covering in the body of your paper.
? You must attach a bibliography citing your sources. I will strictly adhere to the general rules covering direct quotation from and citation of materials that are not your own work. Meaning you MUST have citations in the body of your paper. If you are not familiar with these, now is the time to become so. The most common types are APA or MLA. This is YOUR responsibility. Any paper that violates these requirements will receive no credit. Meaning if you do not use citations in the body of your paper, or have a bibliography you will receive zero points on your paper.
NOTE: I run all papers through a plagiarism checker. If you have plagiarized in your paper you will receive a ZERO.
