You are to examine his paper and address the following: 1) Why does Israel justify and pursue a policy of targeted killings? 2) Are David’s recommendations completely sound or should they be modified? If they are completely sound support why? If targeted killings are completely wrong support why. If David’s recommendations are not completely sound present and support modifications to his recommendations. 3) What does targeted killings mean to the future of war? You are tasked with taking a difficult, complex topic and getting to the core issues and conclusions within 4 pages (1000-1500 words).
