Emotional Labour Influences in the Hospitality Industry

-expand on recommendation; need to be more critical with the findings
-the part that described is that employees should be allowed to show how they feel and you write that employees would be more productive in that case. Am wondering how an employer would react to that. I am not sure that they would agree. Would it be possible to find a couple of sources that describe an opposing point of view of emotional labour? And, I am not quite sure that you really supported your statement that employees would be more productive … why would that be?
