You must identify a problem that is detrimental to our democracy and you must provide a solution. In this case, please lobby persuade the governor of California to consider the implementation of safe injection sites, and propose a solution.
The person you write to should be able to implement or propose the solution you have recommended.
You must have at least 2 sources included – not MLA- but references to how others have fixed the problem
