Find one company that fosters diversity of thought (open communication, employees feel free to express their opinion and even disagree with
management, encouraged free exchange of ideas) among its employees and discuss relationship between diversity of thought and the company’s
business performance based of lecture and popular business articles. The company can’t be Google and we should choose much less obvious company
for this exercise. We also have to prove based on our sources why we think this company encourages diversity of thought and explain what
diversity of thought is and explain why it should exist in all companies.
