Find a real prospectus for an upcoming IPO. Comment on what you thought of the prospectus. Some of the questions you may want to consider are:

Were there elements included in the prospectus that surprised you?
Were there items you expected to see, but, didn’t?
Did it include enough information to make an informed decision about investing in the firm?
Include a link to the prospectus, or a copy of it along with your thoughts.
