Students will choose a form of technology that is used to promote disease management, patient wellness, and patient safety. The purpose of this paper is to identify and explain how this technology advances patient care through promoting disease management, patient wellness, and patient safety.
The paper must be at least 7 typed pages (excluding the title and reference page) with 12 point Times New Roman font double spaced. The paper must use APA formatting without an abstract and include a minimum of seven references. Papers should have a title page, body with level headings for at a minimum of each of three areas of disease management, patient wellness, and patient safety, conclusion, and reference page. The following is a rubric to use as a guideline to complete the formal paper assignment. A total of 100 points are possible for the paper.
