Human Rights Law

You have now been given the task of drafting a Communication to the Human Rights Committee about Nanette’s treatment by the Australian Government. The Director suggests you begin by researching similar cases and examining submissions prepared by your colleagues in the past. You will then need to determine which of Nanette’s ICCPR rights might have been breached by Australia, and how. You are to focus your research on the ICCPR, Human Rights Committee jurisprudence (Views) & Rules of Procedure. Other international law relating to citizenship status etc may also be considered, but should not be a primary focus. Only consider eg the operation of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) or other Australian law/procedure if you feel it is necessary to support your ICCPR-based arguments (eg regarding admissibility).

Critically examine the potential for host cities to harness the creativity of art, culture and other ‘creative’ organizations that help stimulate ‘eventfulness’ and produce public benefits

Critically examine the potential for host cities to harness the creativity of art, culture and other ‘creative’ organizations that help stimulate ‘eventfulness’ and produce public benefits. Choose a country and a city in that country with which you are familiar that you can use as an original case study to compare and contrast with the academic literature from around the world. Please make particular reference to: a) The economic, socio-cultural and political factors (both internal and external) that are relevant to the notion of eventfulness in the country you have chosen, especially in your case study city; b) Arts, culture and other ‘creative’ organizations that help stimulate eventfulness in the city you have chosen, including their interaction with the city government and other relevant public agencies; c) The degree to which you feel the city that you have chosen is truly ‘creative’; d) One or more areas that have become the focus for eventfulness in the city, e.g. the city centre, areas undergoing regeneration, areas designated as cultural, arts, entertainment and heritage quarters, highlighting challenges and opportunities that have arisen in these areas and the city as a whole. Airline earnings simulation MS Excel and 1500 word description of your strategy

The objective of this exercise is to give you a chance to deal with the differing operational and
financial problems that are inherent in running a very small airline.
You are supplied with this manual and an Excel spread sheet.
The Air Longways Business Simulation will cover a simulated operation of one year. Your task
starts by reviewing its history from the data supplied, and then prepare an operational and financial
plan for the year ahead, setting out your business objectives and your strategy for achieving them.
At the end of the simulation you are to submit a text document with the strategy of about 1500 +/-
10% words.
The coursework should be submitted no later than 6 weeks after the end of the module. These
responses will be used as the basis of the competitive situation for the subsequent year and all your
fares and timetables will be compared against the plans from your fellow students to calculate the
profit that you would actually get in the new (and to you, unknown) competitive situation. The text
should explain the overall strategy and the market proposals and how you have implemented these
into an operational plan of fares, timetable, destinations etc. The text does not need to include much
review of the previous year; we are only interested in the future.

EMERGENCY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS’ PERSPECTIVES ON PROVIDING CARE TO RADICALIZED IMMIGRANT WOMEN EXPERIENCING INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE

Please combine the document chapters 1-4 and chapter 5 into one document. Please make sure the lay summary and abstract are properly written and chapters 4 and 5 are incorporated. Please do a table of contents and list of tables. There is a demographic table in the appendices page 79. Please make sure the demographic table is in APA style and on 1 page. Please make sure you follow my supervisors directions. All comments made by the supervisors are embedded in the documents. As well, chapters 1 to 3 require basic editing but chapters 4 and 5 need more work. The themes in Chapter 4 need to be more streamlined and condensed and refined. These changes need to be reflected in Chapter 5 for recommendations. Please make sure you do not link violence with culture as my supervisory committee does not approve of this logic. Please make sure the level of editing and writing and analysis for chapter 4 and 5 are of high caliber. Please make sure my writing style is reflected as I do not want this triggering my supervisory committee.
