• Administration– ability to be implemented.
Step 3 – Alternative Solutions: 2-3 pages
• Identify and explain the Status Quooption and two to three other alternatives solutions/options;
• Identify where each option falls on the Scope of Action scale (i.e. Status Quo, Incremental, Mixed Scanning, Comprehensive).
Step 4 –Evaluate Alternative Solutions: 3-4 pages
• Apply the evaluation criteria from Step 2 to each alternative listed in Step 3 and explain weighting and rankings of the criteria and solutions;
