Comprehensive Literature Review

Submit your final literature review. This should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the main elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course. You should comprehensively review and integrate (at a minimum) seven scholarly resources, including peer-reviewed research articles and/or well-respected texts.
Final Project Considerations

As you move towards your final project, it is important to focus on a specific test that has research based psychometrics. Most of this information can be found in the Buros. It would be good to summarize the norming of the test. This should include the type of validity and reliability. Ethically, you may also want to review the administrative components such as the class (e.g. Class C refers to only psychologists can administer the test). The importance of cultural differences is a key component to the use of the test. Make sure you discuss this in your final project. In reviewing the midterms, it may be good to comment if the test can be administered by computer or is it computer adaptive. Remember, the computer adaptive is based on item response theory (IRT). IRT describes the properties of the test items and the examinee’s ability. Laslty, you may also comment on how your selected test compares to other similar tests. This is where queendom.com site may be helpful, but not required. There are many tests at this site that speaks to the current “pop” psychology culture. So of the tests may require a register and a fee to actually take. I’m mot requiring you to complete any of these tests, however, I find that becoming directly familiar with a test is essential in future practice.
I’m pleased with your discussions and midterm examinations. In summary, most of you have done well in answering the questions. I have recommended that you integrate your discussions and midterm information into your final paper. In other words, you should be able to overview the psychometric aspects of the selected instrument (e.g. concurrent validity, Cronbach alpha, norm group), administration/scoring components (e.g. T scores, percentiles, z scores), cultural/ethical issues (e.g. ethical standards in administration).

literature review

Present a 3000 word critical review of the many different characteristics/traits of an entrepreneur. Many authors describe different types of entrepreneur e.g. Social, lifestyle, family, female etc. Are they basically the same or are there differences between them? Please make your viewpoint clear from the beginning and argue through key theoretical debate. In each case we expect reference to at least 6 key authors and their theories of entrepreneurship; these need to be debated and argued fully to obtain an assignment pass. You need to construct an argument and debate this through a coherent, structured essay; the stronger essays will relate theories to real world examples of entrepreneurship. The assignment should be presented as a scholarly essay with appropriate referencing, not as a business style report with short sub-sections and bullet points. There is a 3000 word limit. suggested structure: – introduction: background information thesis Main: review of the main 6 theories ( choose any such as Canliton, schumpeter, Schakle, Knight ect, ) make a lifestyle entrepreneurs as comparison for these theories critique the theories conclusion: evaluate the document state the limitations I also need a bullet points plan draft for the whole essay

gender roles

Use Michael Chabon’s narrative essay about masculinity and fatherhood as a starting point for your own analysis of gender behaviors. Research blogs, art, stories, TV shows, popular music, or memoir, and explore what the “say” about sex and gender roles now. Are these examples showing new way to conceptualize gender or do they reinforce stereotypes? Do they questions gender roles or essentialize them further?

Robert Frost “Mending Wall” and “The Road Not Taken”

The Road Not Taken
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Mending Wall
Something there is that doesn’t love a wall,
That sends the frozen-ground-swell under it,
And spills the upper boulders in the sun;
And makes gaps even two can pass abreast.
The work of hunters is another thing:
I have come after them and made repair
Where they have left not one stone on a stone,
But they would have the rabbit out of hiding,
To please the yelping dogs. The gaps I mean,
No one has seen them made or heard them made,
But at spring mending-time we find them there.
I let my neighbor know beyond the hill;
And on a day we meet to walk the line
And set the wall between us once again.
We keep the wall between us as we go.
To each the boulders that have fallen to each.
And some are loaves and some so nearly balls
We have to use a spell to make them balance:
‘Stay where you are until our backs are turned!’
We wear our fingers rough with handling them.
Oh, just another kind of outdoor game,
One on a side. It comes to little more:
There where it is we do not need the wall:
He is all pine and I am apple orchard.
My apple trees will never get across
And eat the cones under his pines, I tell him.
He only says, ‘Good fences make good neighbors.’
Spring is the mischief in me, and I wonder
If I could put a notion in his head:
‘Why do they make good neighbors? Isn’t it
Where there are cows? But here there are no cows.
Before I built a wall I’d ask to know
What I was walling in or walling out,
And to whom I was like to give offense.
Something there is that doesn’t love a wall,
That wants it down.’ I could say ‘Elves’ to him,
But it’s not elves exactly, and I’d rather
He said it for himself. I see him there
Bringing a stone grasped firmly by the top
In each hand, like an old-stone savage armed.
He moves in darkness as it seems to me,
Not of woods only and the shade of trees.
He will not go behind his father’s saying,
And he likes having thought of it so well
He says again, ‘Good fences make good neighbors.’

the epic of gilgamesh in todays believes

The research paper is about the Epic of Gilgamesh by Puchner, et al. (2013). The Norton Anthology of World Literature, (Shorter 3rd Ed., Volume 1). WW Norton and todays believes. This story intrigues the reader because it reminds the reader that no matter his or her status is or his or her accomplishments in life, we all will die one day. In its own way it shows you to stay humble and live your life how you want to live with no regrets. It took the loss of a best friend for Gilgamesh to realize that humans die but there legacy lives on forever. Not to live life in a selfish way but help make the world a better place. Start with you, then your family, then your community. Explore life but realize that one day it will all end.

Literature Review

Choosing an appropriate theoretical framework for your topic is critical to the effective development of your literature review. The final selection of a conceptual/theoretical framework should tell the reader the following: Why you chose the framework, among others. What the current status of the framework in the literature is. And, how your main topic fits into the chosen framework. My topic of choice is Cyber Security and Cyber Warfare and the challenges of both.

need to include additional peer-reviewed sources in Week 11 of this course as part of the Signature Assignment.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and
insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to
