I am trying to measure two variables which are organizational culture and knowledge sharing behavior.

c. Externally Driven vs Internally Driven
d. Employee oriented vs Work oriented
e. Easy going work discipline vs strict work discipline
f. Open system vs close system
g. Degree of identification with the organization
h. Degree of acceptance of leadership style
2. I want the writer the search for scholary journals that measured knowledge sharing behavior
Based on the above I want the researcher to design me a questionnaire in order to measure those variables.
