This is part 2 of a group paper and this is the part assigned to me for my part with the description. I will add the first part as an attachment to be more familiar with the material and also a process flow diagram will be attached. Please make sure my part is only 1 page with 2-3 sources. include the sources in the writing itself and do not add a title page since its only a part of the whole assignment.
1. Perception of Quality – Identify what customers consider to be the quality (value) in purchasing the product. Look at your process flow diagram and identify one or two key steps that have the most impact in terms of the customers’ perception of quality?
2. Error Reduction – Look at your process flow diagram and identify one or two ways in which the company could, in your team’s opinion, avoid or eliminate quality errors in these steps.
