Your country has been involved in UNFCCC and Kyoto. This project requires you to unpack how your country has participated in these negotiations since the start of the UNFCCC.

Discusstwo major instances of your country’s involvement that illustrate your country’s political platform on climate change(please create a numbered list)(20 points). These are the watershed moments that are part of the history of how your country has engaged in the UNFCCC and Kyoto. Examples include COPs that it hosted, agreements it has made, dissents and withdrawals to various treaties and agreements, or solutions put forward that your country has taken leadership on. Other examples may include participation CDM, REDD+, JI and other international programs. Full credit will be given that demonstrate these facts fluently with regard to how UNFCCC and Kyoto are work based on the class content. It is critical that your discussion of your country’s politics represents your expertise in the history and recent developments in UNFCCC/Kyoto. You must endeavor to create an overall narrative of why your country has engaged in politics in the ways that it has and continues to do so (20 points). There should also be clear connections to your discussion in these statements with the previous statements that laid out the history (10 points). That is, the audience should get a good picture of how your country’s past and contributions to anthropogenic climate change is related to its more recent politics.

 
Identify and analyze the major issues that divide those in favour of the Britain’s leaving the European Union and those who oppose it. Who do you expect to be the major gainers and losers? Be sure to explain why you see them as gaining or losing, using economic reasoning. You should suggest which of these gains and losses you think are likely to be most important.

Proper use of theoretical ideas to guide the analysis. Correct use of terminology. Ability to explain ideas and events. Ability to compare and contrast different opinions. Evidence of an informed decision about what areas to concentrate on in the essay and which are the key arguments.

Ability to go beyond mere description and build a reasoned case. Quantity and quality of evidence underpinning major points/conclusions. Ability to identify and assess the effects on different areas of importance to Britain like trade, financial flows, migration, education, productivity etc,.

Logical sequence to the essay. Proper introduction and conclusion. Clear tables, diagrams and referencing. Good use of English and fluent style. Ability to argue to reasoned conclusions

Your essay will be assessed according to the following criteria:

Your task is to review the theoretical and empirical literature on board leadership structure (CEO/chair duality), and the impact of different board leadership structures on firm performance. Your report should include the following:
a)An introduction to the domain of corporate governance and within it the role of boards.
b)A critical review of different theoretical perspectives on the concept of board leadership structure.
c)A review of the empirical literature on the effects of board leadership structure on board and firm performance. This should include a summary of findings regarding the impact of board leadership structure, and a discussion about the extent to which board leadership structure differs internationally.
d)A conclusion in which you put forward recommendations on board leadership structure.

This is a research paper so it needs to be well written, you have to write in active voice and use plain English the analysis ( so 3 strong arguments with lots of evidence )should have lots of data and information tables, graphs figures would be fine , please this paper should flow, a hook statement would be fine , this paper should be interesting to read and the paper should have some room to breath , please this paper is worth a lot and following the instruction would be nice, make this paper capture the reader, and i would repeat once more follow instructions and make the paper flow and enjoyable and please lots of data and evidence would be needed also a cost and benefit analysis would be fine i believe this should be in the paper and also talk about the alternatives what are other people saying, the format of the paper is below, and also i have attach or rather uploaded the outline to be used in the paper, please follow the comments made by the professor on the thesis statement and also there are 5 bibliography you can add 2 more and it should be academic reference( journals, justice website , stat canada).
