Women Right’s and Roles in IslamAnalytical Essay

First thing I must mention is that I need to have the Introduction and an Outline Template uploaded by Monday, because I need to have them with me when I meet with my TA on Monday.

I’ve attached the prompt for this paper along with the articles that need to be read and analyzed to help develop the research question that I have chosen (please read through the prompt and grading rubric very thoroughly). However, the research question needs refinement. Variations of the research question I’ve attempted to develop for the paper, though it needs to be more specific. Please refine the research question and let me know how exactly you rephrased it so that you don’t write a paper on a research question that I won’t be able to get approved.

How were women’s rights and roles in the Muslim world effected after the death of Prophet Muhammad?

How have Islamic authorities affected the rights and roles of women after the death of Prophet Muhammad?

How were the right’s of women in the Muslim world effected after the death of Prophet Muhammad?

How have the right’s of women in the Muslim world changed from the time of Prophet Muhammad?

Please refer to the grading rubric document as a checklist of all things that need to be included within the paper.

This paper is worth 20% of my final grade and I am averaging a C in the course at the moment. I’ve used this service twice in the past for this course and have received a D and a C in them. Please help me do well in this class, I will not be able to graduate this year if I don’t pass this class. I have received extensive comments on the previous papers from my TA (who grades my papers), if you would like me to upload those documents to help you in understanding what she is looking for in this paper. Thank you very much in advance and please reach out to me as soon as you’re able to refine the research question and if you would like me to upload my last two papers (I will try to upload them by this weekend).

Notes from TA:
– Do NOT use “female”. Use “woman”, “women” instead.
– Do NOT use conjunctions.
– DO refer to authors by last name only, except when initially mentioning them within the paper.
– Research question, thesis, and research topic must be within introduction.
– Avoid level 4 research questions, (refer to “Levels of Arguability Worksheet”).
– Mention/focus on what is relevant between the papers.

learning module 11

Defend or refute C. S. Lewis’ argument (Preface to Paradise Lost, 1942) that it was easier for Milton to characterize Satan than God since it is always easier for writers and readers to imagine worse versions than morally superior versions of ourselves.
2.Do you believe that “The mind is its own place, and in itself / Can make a Heav’n of Hell, a Hell of Heav’n”…?

3- Why doesn’t God just kill Satan rather than keep him around to wreak more havoc?

Soul By Soul Review Paper

Here is the way I would like you to structure the review.
1) Summarize the book or article (usually in a single, brief, concise paragraph at the beginning of your critique) and briefly state the author’s thesis (main point). 2) Place the author’s thesis in context. Describe the author’s viewpoint and purpose for writing. Why is the author’s argument significant? How does it differ from what most previous historians have believed? What idea(s) is the author arguing against? 3) Briefly note the most important evidence the author presents to support his or her thesis. Devote one paragraph of 4-6 sentences to each major section of the book. 4) Evaluate the author’s use of evidence. Is the argument convincing? Has the author provided enough compelling evidence to convince you that the argument is valid? 5) Conclude with a final evaluation of the book. You might discuss who would find it useful and why.

American Beauty

Dropbox Assignment: American Beauty

This dropbox assignment is part of Vol State’s Seek initiative, giving students opportunities to refine problem-solving skills. For this activity, you will take the role of a movie-maker and will propose a creative solution to a challenge.

Your challenge:
Imagine you are a screenwriter asked to remake American Beauty. This film provides a lot of subjective cinematography, seen from the point of view of a particular character. Remember, for example, the scene when Lester watches Angela perform in the school gym and then fantasizes about her. We see and hear this scene almost entirely as Lester experiences it. You, the screenwriter, must remake any scene in the film from a different character’s point of view. Choose a character who would bring a meaningful new perspective to an event or encounter. Some of the characters are round characters about whom we know a lot, and others are not as well developed; you may choose either type. After choosing a character, discuss how his or her perspective would alter the focus or meaning of the movie. In this exercise, look in detail at one key scene and describe the changes you would make to present it from your chosen character’s point of view. (If you wish to change events, that is fine, but stick to the parameters of the original film.)

Your dropbox submission must address the following, labeling each section with these four headings and answering each prompt fully:

Define

Identify, in a sentence or two, which character and scene you have chosen and, in general, how the choice could enhance the film.

Design

Discuss the following in a well-developed paragraph:
– Which other character(s) did you consider? Why did you settle on your choice, as opposed to other characters?
– How did you decide which scene to remake?

Do

Write several paragraphs about your approach to this challenge. Specifically describe the revised scene as you envision it. What would the audience see? Consider how the actors would behave and consider the mise-en-scene: set, props, etc. What would the audience hear? Consider music as well as the sort of conversations characters might have. Discuss what would you be trying to communicate through your revision: what would the new scene reveal about the movie’s characters and its themes?

Evaluate

In a paragraph, consider the outcome of your remake. Discuss problems you faced. What was confusing or difficult? Discuss how critics and viewers might receive your version of the film. Do you think it would be as highly acclaimed, and would it survive the test of time? Or, is it essential to each scene that it retains a particular character’s perspective (which is primarily that of Lester)?

Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge Review

1) Overview of the agency preparing the plan
2) The population goals
3) Key management actions proposed
4) A critical analysis & evaluation of management actions in terms of the implications for the target population using scientific literature & course topics

Your review should apply the principles of population ecology. You will be graded based on your ability to “show what you know” and your ability to analyze the proposed management actions. In other words, I want to see your assessment of how will the proposed management actions influence the population dynamics of the targeted species. I expect you to specifically speak to how the management actions affect the population dynamics and the plan’s stated goals. Use terms, concepts, explicit discussion of how the actions will affect the BIDE factors, as well as, any other pertinent concept (Allee, Predator-prey cycles, functional vs numerical responses, etc.). Feel free to criticize the management plan.

Be brief on the background; put most of your effort in evaluating the implications of the management actions on the population goals. But, be sure to be detailed and to address the concepts thoroughly. You should use subheadings, figures, and tables, as appropriate in your paper.

Your literature search should include journal articles/studies on your species and you should use these data to support your analysis. All references must follow APA format both within your writing (using parenthetical citations at the end of every single sentence where you drew from a source) and then again at the end (in a full references section).
Grading:

1) Overview of the agency preparing the plan (10 points)
2) The population goals (10 points)
3) Key management actions proposed (10 points)
4) A critical evaluation of management actions in terms of the implications for the target population, incorporating population ecology principles and primary scientific literature (50 points)
5) Sources properly cited within the writing and at the end of the essay (10 points)
6) Mechanics, writing style, grammar, spelling.

Compare and contrast the usefulness of verbal and non verbal cues to deception for use with young suspects.

-British spelling must be used. UK writer preferred.
-Write an essay of no more than 4,000 words (excluding references). As for previous coursework you should cite your sources throughout your work and attach a full reference list, in alphabetical order, at the end.
The focus should be on debunking the myths that surround deceptive (lie) behaviour and then suggesting alternative techniques that may be useful (based on research findings) in detecting deceit in young offenders.
Must refer to the essential reading list – i will upload

Reflection

Directions
2. Write a reflection in which you answer the following (1 paragraph per letter):
a. What is the general purpose of this article and how does it relate to you?
b. What is a threshold according to this article and what has your experience as a freshman been?
c. What role does writing play in the life of the student according to the Harvard study? What role do you honestly feel writing has played for you in your life?
d. What does it mean to be an academic “tourist”? What do you feel your experience in your Approaches to University Writing class has been?
e. What does Maura’s experience reveal? Can you relate? What have your struggles with writing or school in general been?
f. What is moral reasoning? Why is important to students?
g. What advice would you give yourself if you could send a message back in time to the you at the beginning of the semester?
Each paragraph should be about 6 sentences. If you merely answer the questions to the letter, you won’t get there. They don’t have to be exactly 6 sentences – I just want to see some real effort and reflection about what you read.
If you can slow down and be present with this assignment I’ll feel more confident that you will be able to give more challenging assignments and classes your full ability.
