The Fundamental Good- Mill and Kant

-Topic: Compare and contrast Mill and Kant’s views on a) what the fundamental good is b) why. Which is more convincing, and why?

-What are the differences between their arguments? Do they share conclusions or premises with each other, or do they disagree on all points? Where they differ from each other, which of them is more convincing, and why? If neither of them is fully convincing, why is this? Is there a third view that is better than either of the authors, and if so, what is it and why is it better? (you – the writer – can chose to support which ever author you want, as I don’t know or haven’t read about either of them)

-The essay has to be at least 1000 words without the works cited or notes.

-Underneath, I put a couple of papers by Mill and Kant you can use and cite in the essay (mandatory as it was
