This assignment is designed to build upon the research presented. Based on your findings, your company’s executive team wants you to lead the transition team that will be responsible for the initial phase of the global expansion. In preparation for this transition, you will need to bring your team up to speed about your research, and discuss the leadership strategies that you will use to lead your team as they work with you to implement this important endeavor
