Task… To find a specific residential property for client….

– Client contacted Pmd Real estate for a specific property. Client gave very specific requirements (specif location – sub area, budget and type of property –)
Area of request was Voula (Dikigorika sub area)
Budget 600.000 – 800.000 Euros
Type of property client requested was Independent House with 4 + bedrooms, fairly new, garden, sea view would be a plus but not mandatory and quiet.
– As Pmd we did not have an appropriate listing for this request so we informed the client that we did not have what they were looking for but we informed them that we would take some specific actions in order to obtain a few proposals.
-Clients agreed that they would give us a month and a half before there arrival in Greece.

-As Owner of Pmd Real estate I arranged a meeting with my sale team.
-We decided to conduct a brainstorming session in order to come up with as many possible ideas to choose from as we had a limited time frame .

– Actions agreed by team as to find appropriate property solution for client
1. Make a leaflet stating the exact requirements of property and to distribute this leaflet in exact area of clients interest.
2. Have sales team members to screen area on foot in order to talk to locals and ask if there is anything available for sale in the area.
3. Put ad in local newpaper with request.

The above was implemented in a very short time
We had around 7 calls from the leaflet distribution (This was the most effective) and listed 2 properties that matched the clients requirement.

A presentation of the 2 proposals was sent to the clients via email and a follow up call was made.

Asking price 680.000 Euros

Client contacted our office onset het booked tickect.
They visited our agency and inspected the properties.
They inspected properties.
They liked the one and made an offer.
Pmd Real estate started the negotiation process.
An agreement was made and the purchase process started.
