COMPONENTS: *Similar to the primary research, development of the literature review requires four stages:
1. Problem formation-which topic or field is being examined? (Geriatric patient presenting with dry mouth from medications). What are the common components of the clinical behavior aspects of providing care?
2. Literature research- finding credible and reviewed materials relevant to the subject being explored.
3.Understanding the topic.
4. Analysis and interpretation- discussing the findings and conclusions of pertinent literature.
